Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My wife and I visited the Museum of Pre-columbian art and this restaurant is on the ground floor courtyard. Since we finished our museum visit around lunch time we decided to try the restaurant and we were not disappointed. We both had very nice salads and the service was very good. Place is very popular with people working in the city center and gets very busy.

Restaurant-bar located in the courtyard of the Museo Precolombino. Food is good, choice relatively small, a bit priced for the offer. It is very calm and relaxing, more suitable for a mid-afternoon pause than for lunch. Service is very kind and fast.

Had a sunday 3 course lunch including coffee for $7900 per person. Can't fault that, great food and a polite bilingual waiter. Coffee was also very good.

We called here whilst returning to our hotel after a walk in the city. Found something for all of us on the menu. I had a stew, othere had quiche which were very nice. Modern clean room. However the toilets were up a flight of stairs, not suitable for everyone

This is a delightful break after a morning of floor-pounding amidst the museum's wonderful exhibits. Waiters are fast, ice is on offer and coffee is well made in many varieties (we tried four).

Nice place, with great service. Good food and good menu for lunch. Is a great location to make a stop in downtown.
Hoping they are going to be more careful the next time, considering I found a hair in my plate! They changed it, but I did not receive any discount for the bad moment.

We've been living here in Santiago for about a year now, and learned that regarding service is very important to carefully select the places where we want to eat. I had lunch with friends a couple of times at this restaurant, and everything has been excellent, specially the service. They take good care of their customers, with a warm attention and nice food.

After spending time looking at art it is very nice to sit and have a good cappuccino and a lemon beverage. When the waiter asked if I wanted sweetener in the lemonade I said no, WOW was it tart. Next time I will say yes to the sweetener

Nice setting. Takes credit cards. Simple cafe food. Malteds. Quiche. Panini. Salad. A bit pricey. Tip suggested is 10% throughout Chile restaurants.

I had drinks with my wife before visiting Pre-Colombian museum. It was Saturday afternoon and the cafe was full of the guests. We had waited for the table approx. for ten minutes.
The atmosphere was sophisticated and we were relaxing in this cafe.

We went to look for this place on 9th May as it generally had good reviews and was just round the back of our hotel. We eventually found it round the back of some boarding and it was closed up. There is substantial building work in the area and everywhere is dusty.

Quiche never goes in the microwave! No beer or wine served. Salad was old and tired and bean sprouts were bad. Nice space and ok service but awful food.
