Having been here around 5 times, it is safe to say the service here is consistently bad and grumpy. Don't expect a smile, any nice words, a napkin or fork to come with your order, or any friendly expanation of whats on the menu. Only about 15% of bakery options on display are actually available at any given time. Lots of eye rolling if you order anything but what's on the menu or ask any questions. Very dificult to get any type of regular whole milk -if you like that. The default is skim or lactose free. Overpriced, mean service.

Today I suffered a robbery inside this place, they took everything from me, computer, documents, purse, wallet, chargers and a lot of other things. I leave this message so that security can be improved and that those passing by are extremely attentive.
My robbery occurred in front of the business bar and no one noticed. The help was minimal (even though the girls who attended gave me water) the store manager did not appear.

I had to wait 4 hours for the hotel room. So I thought well there is a Starbucks nearby. I was able to stay there all time, sipping a couple of cappuccino (honestly I tried the frappuccino and, one time for me is enough). Using the wifi and all the facilities.
I'm not a huge fun and I think the coffee is just average. But at the end it was a perfect place to wait and being able to work.

I ducked in to grab a cup of coffee to warm up. I ordered the coffee of the day and was out on the street when I realized it was luke warm. It's amazing how you take hot coffee for granted!

I really am not fond of Starbucks simply because I dont like their coffee, at all!
But there are good things, ambient is good and warm, usually has free wi-fi and here in Chile they have a coffe with dulce de leche, that was really good.
So, if you are into the ambiance dont waist your time with their coffee and ask for something else, you might get surprised like I did.

Im a coffe lover and starbucks is always my first option, specially in Santiago as they have (mostly) nescafe all the time. great and clean place with proper restrooms and starbucks standard of quality. Just love it!

This edition of Starbucks was well staff by accomplished baristas. I bough. Few coffe mugs and they searched till they found boxes so my cups would not break. Also made some great lattes.
