I live very close from this nice, little restaurant so I go very often. My personal favorite is the "Copa Sebastian", it is full of fresh fruit, soft whipped cream and of course, its tasty and natural ice cream. It is better to visit during summer or spring because it has a nice terrace covered by big trees, still during winter there's a few tables inside and they have very good coffee and cakes. I highly recommend this place because, eventhough, it is near a big avenue it isn't that noisy and is near to the subway and to the big mall.
**little tip: try "manjar chips" and "platano manjar" flavour.

We love this ice cream place for a quick bite, and even for breakfast. Location is very good and accessible. You may choose a table outside if you don't mind people smoking around you. Ice cream flavors are creative (kumquat, maracuja, which is passion fruit, and berries of all kinds). Variety changes depending on the season. Their "copa Andrea" is refreshing with generous scoops of citrus flavors plus orange juice. I usually go for "manjar chips" which is dulce de leche with chocolate chips, and "lúcuma" a local flavor I always crave. "Marron glacé" is a great choice too if you like chestnuts.

There was a time when these where the only real artisanal ice creams in town. Variety of flavors and natural ingredients. It is now may the third in my preference, still good.
Nice terrace, shaded by trees on a quite street.

Café helado is a coffee with vanilla ice cream, pretty sweet and tipically Chilean.
At Sebastian is particularly good!

After ordering an undrinkable coffee around the corner at a very well known chain from Seattle, my coffee partner and I went in search of a real coffee. We walked past various cafes along with a dunkin doughnuts before we stumbled upon Sebastian. What a great little cafe! The place is quaint, nothing special decor wise other than the massive mural-like print of Florence on the wall. We ordered 2 americanos hoping for the best and to our surprise they arrived as nice italian coffee should, rich in color with lovely "crema" on top. The taste lived up to the image and we were very satisfied! They make beautiful cappucinos as well and some lovely cortados all served with a little alfajorcito (cookie) on the side. Nice touch :) I have been back 4 times in the last 3 days for another americano. They also have about 45 different ice cream flavors! Cannot list them all but one that sticks in my mind is "manjar (dulce de leche) chip" Mmmmmmm. The people that run the place are nice, provide great serivce and remembered my order the third time I went in. I did not eat anything but the menu consists of simple food like panini. Its worth a visit!
