Something delicious for 3, quickly

We ordered Spanish omelette plus some cutlets plus sangria for 2 and raspberry juice The tortilla was delicious, large, the cutlets were only 5 very small, well seasoned... expensive... The sangria had a lot of vanilla and no pieces of fruit, it was delicious but it didn't taste like sangria.

Magnific experience at Puerto Pucon, we were received like very esteemed guests and were treated to a delicious sea food meal. Every meal was well balanced and tasty. Particularly the paella and the mixto gallego.

Best restaurant in Pucon

We were in Pucon for a wedding and found this amazing restaurant. We ordered the soup, mussels, squid and much more. It was all so delicious and the hand crafted drinks did not disappoint.Rhe prices are very reasonable. It would definitely be on my list of places to come back to.

Not only is the food amazing, but so is the attention! And it's not what they teach people in tourism universities... but the vocation, kindness and warmth of home are what made me feel at home yesterday. Waiting for the food with a good sangria, the service time was very expeditious and the flavors... impeccable a 7/7

Real Spanish dishes!

Attention 5/5, food 5/5. A real Spanish touch in pucon. We ordered some starter hams and great quality. The bread, pate and aioli made you think it would be a good day. Potato omelet, with onion and perfect cooking point, there is no way to miss it. Bravas, very good taste ufff. They didn't chop, they were tasty and very good ingredients, zero greasy. It seems simple but in the good preparation of the simple is the detail. Some chauchas for the little one of the family and devoured them all, again good preparation. Desserts, although the tiramisu tasted somewhat passed to alcohol, was well prepared. The Catalan cream, very rich. The service, excellent. When we get back to pucon it will be a fixed destination.

Wonderful Spanish cuisine

We LOVE this restaurant which serves authentic Spanish dishes. We ate here twice in our 3 days in Pucon. We received a warm family welcome , seated in front of a blazing wood fire on cold wet nights. Our first meal consisted of four tapas plates- spicy potatoes, grilled octopus, grilled vegetables and a Serrano ham plate, Wonderful. Our second visit for dinner we had mussels in a delicious broth to start, and a paella for two. The portion of the paella was huge and if we were not traveling, the leftovers would have made another supper. Highly recommend a dinner here! Extremely friendly staff made dining a treat.

Great Spanish hospitality

On our long journey on the Pan-American Highway, we visited this cozy restaurant on one of our few bad weather days. The cozy warmth of the fireplace and the warmth of the service convinced us just as much as the varied menu. The fresh, warm rolls served with liver pate and a pepper cream were a nice way to get in the mood. Definitely the first address for paella lovers. We weren't very hungry and shared a salmon carpaccio and oysters baked with cheese, both of which are recommended. We would definitely come back! Thank you very much

What a wonderful experience with Don Carlos at @puerto_pucon_restaurant 😎🇨🇱🇪🇸 amazing spanish cuisine! Cozy place and upscale service!!! Thank you Monica and Yessica for taking care of us, we loved the experience and of course Don Carlos' "Jamón Serrano" it's the best!! A truly espectacular experience, tasty, you can feel how it melt on you mouth and explode a great Jamón Serrano flavor!! Truly honored to visit you guys. If you are in the area, this place is a must!!

Fish and seafood restaurant. Excellent restaurant in the city which offers a nice menu of starters, main courses, desserts and a good choice of wines. The fish are fresh and prepared on site, as are the desserts. The service is impeccable, very cheerful and professional. We let ourselves be advised by the starters and dishes, it was a very good recommendation from the staff. It’s the city’s must-see. Very family atmosphere. I recommend going there with friends, as a couple, with family and also for professional meals.

Best Tapas in Pucón

Great spot for dinner with the best authentic Spanish tapas in not only Pucón but all of Chile! Service was attentive and the atmosphere was casual and relaxed. We had fried calamari, pil pil schrimp, and patatas bravos, all of which were delicious. The tapas portions were large and 3 offered enough food to feed 2 people. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely awful service.

Dreadful place. Got sat at a table in the rear of the restaurant and completely ignored by all the staff. Eventually managed to get someone to come over after nearly half an hour sitting there and they said they would get a waiter to come over and then just walked away. People who came in after us (even at the very next table) were seated and served, receiving drinks and having their orders taken while we were still sat there waiting. We got up and walked out. Dreadful service! If you can’t serve your customers then don’t try to serve so many covers.

A corner of Spain in Pucon. They must go!!!!!

The place is very cozy and very well attended. We visited them in 2022 by chance and were pleasantly surprised, since we love Spanish cuisine. We returned this weekend and went the 3 days we stayed in Pucon. The Spanish-style lomo vetado, their paella and their Spanish tortilla are wonderful, authentic Spanish atmosphere and flavor!!

Jordi was an amazing server, he was so kind, paid much attention to detail and went above and beyond for my partner and I. The food was great. The servers were very busy, it seems they could have used another server.

Perfect without counting the wait

The food was excellent, the best paella I have ever eaten and also a great quality shrimp pil pil. But the waiting times were long. The service was very good, we went and ate but it is recommended to order the paella by reservation to avoid the wait.

Before we arrived we were wanting to try the paella. Unfortunately we did not have enough time before the restaurant closed to have this dish BUT this meant we got to try some other plates which were absolutely superb! We had mixed seafood, kidneys and the most amazing little white fish. Staff were really friendly and did not rush us despite the restaurant being close to closing time. 10 out of 10!
