The noodles were ok; the broth was ok; the shrimp wontons were very good. This was an ok place to eat. Not nearly as good as it was when I was in Hong Kong several years ago.

I love the dumplings & noodles, the fresh shrimps tasty and crunchy soft... I love the beef tendons that simply melts in the mouth.. Lovely place to enjoy a wonderful meal..

the noodles were really good for its consistency and texture.. we tried both the Mak's and Tsim Chai Kee so we shared a bowl (2 of us).. which you should too.. as both restaurants are really good!
