之前路過呢間餐廳已經畀藍色嘅外牆吸引,店內裝修雅致,難怪最近成為打卡熱點。食物賣相講究,而且質素唔錯,Lunch set包餐湯同花茶,雖然定價較高,但睇得出店家落左唔少心思。 🍽蕃茄牛肉湯 Beef Tomato Soup 呢款係是日餐湯,第一次見餐湯有伴碟,而且仲係三文魚籽同各種蔬菜,唔只擺啲食用花裝飾下就算。味道似較清嘅羅宋湯,有蘿蔔粒、蕃茄蓉同大量牛肉碎,足料。 🍽香煎鯛魚柳•黃金粟米脆餅 Pan-Fried Sea Bream with Sweetcorn Fritters ($248) 鯛魚柳個皮煎到金黃香脆,魚肉質感偏實淨。配菜超有驚喜,脆餅嘅材料有粟米蕃茄薯仔等,香口得黎唔太油膩。 🍽波士頓龍蝦•鮮茄忌廉天使麵 Grilled Lobster with Angel Hair in Creamy Saffron Tomato Sauce ($238) 半邊波士頓龍蝦新鮮彈牙, 有好多蝦膏,最啱用黎撈麵。鮮茄忌廉醬微甜creamy,感覺有落海鮮一齊煮,有啲似龍蝦汁。醬汁份量充足,而天使麵好掛汁。 🍽 法式焦糖燉蛋 Crème Brûlée ($68) 焦糖面燒到脆身,帶橙酒嘅味道,燉蛋蛋味香濃,質感幼滑,高質。 ☕️洛神花黑杞子茶Roselle Tea with Black Goji Berries (Iced +$5) 花茶亦係呢度嘅主打,除左跟餐嘅款式外,可以加錢轉特飲,見隔離枱飲蝶豆花檸檬蜜顏色好靚。當日我地叫洛神花黑杞子茶,酸酸地幾開胃,仲有降血脂明目嘅功效。

香港出名多好嘢食好餐廳🍴🇭🇰,不過大家未必知道西營盤入面有間非常隱秘嘅精緻西餐廳✨,大家準備👌🏻同草根妹妹一齊去尋寶未😋? . Food is simply not good. The service is not really professional, even though they are polite. The appetisers were poor quality and my risotto as main course was probably the worst risotto i have tried in my life, it was almost like a fried rice....Just dont bother to go there!More
