You can choose the food you want at Çıtır Usta Restaurant, located in Dushanbe, another city of Tajikistan, both in Al'a Carte and Open Buffet. In order not to be deprived of the unique tastes of this place, I cannot pass by without visiting Çıtır Usta. The food is very delicious, filling and healthy. I loved everything I ate, but especially the Iskender Kebab dishes were wonderful. The place and the attention of the staff are also very nice. It is definitely a place to visit for lunch or dinner. Great food, great place to be

Citir Usta is a cosy and welcoming place. It is a great spot to have a business, or otherwise, any formal dinner. Or just crash there with your friends to enjoy the Turkish cuisine! I enjoyed the food as well as the service and if you've never tried Turkish food before, then Citir Usta will give you a great intro into their cuisine.The wrap that I ordered was a bit soggy but Lahmajun & Çiğ köfte were great. Even if you are very hungry, just those two meals will be more than enough to feed you, so don't order too much at first as the portions there aren't small.

Though the saloon looking like modernish but the foods was very ordinary. Mainly Turkish dishes and some local things. The staff was too lazy and the service was tooooo slow, I think they are afraid of to be a fatigue, so slowly slowly. The staff never understand other than tajeek or russian. so difficult to communicate. The foods coming nearly cold so I can not say something about to the taste just want to say the tasteless things. I did not like there.

I often visit this restaurant. The food is always delicious there. The waiters are friendly. Once it was fool of visitors and we were waiting for the waitress for 15 minutes. Finally, she came and informed us that we have to wait for the order for 40 minutes. Sorry, but that was not good. We just left.

Our Story: Citir Usta ticks almost all the boxes. We're a family group of 12 (15 - 75 yrs) international tourists, some of us were vegan/vegetarian. Very famished after a visit to Hissor Fort, which btw is highly recommended. Arrived around 1:45pm, which is apparently, after the traditional lunch time. Criteria applied to choose this place were: AC (air conditioner) and availability of vegetarian food. And boy, we weren't disappointed! We ordered the whole shebang from soups, salads, mains, desert, soft drinks, etc. Ambience is fab. Its a two storey joint. Service was slightly laid back (assuming due to the quantity/variety of our order). Prices are mid-range (definitely not cheap by local standards). Quality of food is fantastic. Waiting staff are attentive, pleasant, and mostly students (it seemed). Verdict - YES, YES, ...Hell YES...can't stress enough! Not Good: Toilets are on the 1st floor - no lifts (for people with reduced mobility); No Beer/Alcohol Great: ALL Food! Yep that's right. Whatever you order is great. Would highly recommend Lentil Shorba, Salads, Kebabs, Pide, Pizzas, Cherry Juice jugs, Baklavas... Top Tip: If you've a hankering for 'Dal-Bhat' (that's lentil and rice for most of you), try the lentil shorba and plain rice...really, really awesome (we ended up ordering 10 shorbas!). We went with some friends and service seemed good. The food was decent, but a few people got the wrong order. The server told my wife when he brought out the wrong food, "It is already in the system, and they will take it from my salary." He previously had talked about buying chocolate for his kids if he got tips. The wrong order was gross meat. Don't order in English, or expect correct order even if you show them the pictures.

This new restaurant is owned by a Turkish chain. Service local and Turkish food. Attentive and helpful service, very clean and modern. Big choice of meats and salads. Prices are very low and good quality food. The lentil soup was just $1 and the kebab $3.
