The restaurant is open plan and has an extensive menu. We ordered food which came out wrong. The BBQ prawns are nothing special neither is the beef. The place is a beef restaurant. There is nothing special or nice to write about this place. The...More

What can I say. This was just a great eating experience! We were recommended to try here by our tour guide and thoroughly enjoyed it. We ordered a variety of dishes all of which were excellent and took in the buzzing atmosphere.

We stumbled upon this place after getting slightly lost and turning the wrong way on the street our hotel was situated on. What a lucky find, we nearly walked past, but the place was packed and the smells were amazing. The menu was equally amazing...More

Don't be put off by the set up- this is pretty typical for Vietnamese eating. The selection is varied and interesting (Bull's penis anyone?) But what u had was lovely. Beef barbecued on a portable hot coals pot was great. All washed down with plenty...More

Description
Luong Son Quan (Bo Tung Xeo) is a great place to hang out with friends for dinner and lots of drinking. Sort of a beer garden, Vietnamese style. But it’s much more than that. On the menu are exotic dishes for “nhậu,” the Vietnamese term for eating and drinking, with emphasis on the drinking part. When men, (and some women) get together to “nhậu,” of course the liquids flow, but a very important part of the practice are the side dishes (snacks, but not entirely, if you will) to go together with the drinks. The foods are not meant to be meals to fill you up. Rather they serve to enhance the drinking and socializing experience.
