Best {ho in central Iowa. It is made with good quality meats. I like the rare steak. The heat from the hot broth cooks the meat further. The broth flavor is excellent. The young family that runs the place are very nice and attentive. Always enjoy eating here. My granddaughter who has celiac disease likes the glutin-free options.

First visit and can't wait to go back. The Pho has been rated #1 in the Des Moines Area. I tried the beefsteak and brisket Pho and it was very tasty. Medium size was big enough to have some to take home. Try the chicken wings for an appetizer. Arrived hot and delicious.

Pho 85 in Ankeny was everything I was hoping it was going to be and more!
Had the crab wontons, #1 pho (beef), and hubs the #5 (beef and meatball) pho. The food, customer service, and total experience was definitely one we will repeat. We ordered the small which was more than enough.

Love their spring rolls and their bowls of Pho. The large is L A R G E so unless you are a huge eater go for the medium or even small. Think soup with noodles and spices but not just soup. This is the kind of bowl of goodness that I like to say, "this has healing power." Pho has "healing power." ENJOY!

Great healthy food, with amazing flavor! The fact that you can create your soup to your own tase is very pleasing! I had shrimp spring rolls with seafood soup! Filling large bowl of soup! Flavorful and satisfying! Service was good! Busy lil place! That’s usually a good sign and it was!

Have been meaning to try this restaurant since we discovered it several months ago and finally made it here while they were open. The variety of dishes seemed endless. We tried the egg rolls, vermicelli rice noodle with grilled beef and the beef pho. The egg rolls were really tasty. The pho had an amazing flavor profile. The dishes were reasonably priced and the wait staff were helpful and friendly.
