Be sure to ask before ordering. I made a mistake not doing that tonight! The palamillo steak is very chewy. No taste. I think I’ll stick with the mojo chicken. The quesitos are the best!

Great food and great staff. The roast pork is very good and tender. The maduro's are sweet but they are still firm (I hate it when they are mushy). The place gets crowded for lunch so get her early.

Zaza is a solid choice for Cuban food. I visited for lunch recently and had the Vaca Frita with Black Beans, Garlic Brown Rice, and Maduros. The Vaca Frita was tender, garlicky and topped with crisp diced onions.
