Amazed at the Location/Service

We were here on New Years Eve, so expected we would not getthe service etc due to overcrowding. BUT, we were pleasantly surprised! The restaurant, though packed, was able to handle it well. One of our meals was sent back due to being cold, but was quickly replaced and joyfully served. Our waitress was remarkable in her ability to handle the crowds. A great place to eat.

Enjoying life in the midst of pandemic

My husband took me here for my birthday and we really enjoyed the food the waitress provided great service. We also was able to social distance and have a great dinner experience for my birthday. We do recommend you to come out and enjoy a great evening or a celebration of any kind. Because the restaurant do practice social distancing for all their customers. We will go back at a later time for the same experience.

God Bless you. After having terrible service and food on August 8th, 2023 at the Altamonte Springs Florida location I got a call on August 11th, 2023 from the manager Latavia Hightower and she apologized to me on behalf of her server and the food. Miss Lativia invited me and my wife on August 25th, 2023 to give us a complimentary meal to make up for the error and I tell you in all my life I have never been so grateful for the welcome of her to the restaurant, for the service, for the food, and all around service that made me and my wife feel so important and like a V.I.P. I do give this restaurant, manager Lativia, and staff a rating of 5 stars and beyond. I have been coming to this location since the late 1990's. Also on that day, I was celebrating my birthday, and wow what a treat that she came to my table with a group and they were singing the birthday song. So happy and I have always in my past I recommended this restaurant to all my friends. I visited so many LongHorns in every state I travel to and love it. I will continue giving a 5-star referral to all my friends. I will continue coming to all the LongHorn Restaurants. Thank you and God Bless you.

Raw Steak tasteless appetizer

Went around 11 am or so before the lunch crowd. Very disappointed. Ordered the Firecracker Shrimp appetizer. It had no taste. Ordered the Outlaw Ribeye Ribeye Medium-well. When the steak arrived it was clearly raw. Steak was so Raw the plate was full of blood. When waitress finally came over to the table she took the steak back but acted as if I was causing her trouble. When the steak was brought back out it was still half cooked. One half was well done and the other half was still bloody. I ate what I could but left most of it on the plate. Nobody ever came over to apologize or check to see if our meal was okay. Our waitress never smiled and gave the impression she didn't want to be there much less waiting on us.

This is ok for the price. Total table less that I would have paid for one at the high end steak places. You get what you pay for. My booth was worn when we sat. Service was good and friendly. Get in waitlist to save time. Steak was ok and cooked right. Baked potato even loaded had not much flavor.

Great service! Great food!

This place is working hard to make sure that you are happy. They are practicing safe distancing and wearing masks. The food was cooked perfectly and we could walk here from our hotel. You can't go wrong here if you like steak.

Best Service Ever

Sandra was the best server ever!!! We were out after a funeral service and her personality lit up the room. She wasn’t fake friendly it was 100% genuine. I would go back just for her. When something was wrong she went above and beyond to make it right.

Early Birthday celebration

I went with my daughter for lunch and by pure coincidence the three of us ordered the same stake. A Flo loin. It was fantastic. Tender and juicy. I had mashed potato, and my daughters had fried. I would come back again.

Great food and service

The food and service were terrific, the only mistake that I made was sitting at the bar for dinner because all I heard was people talking on their cell phones and the noise from the kitchen. I would come there again but I’d ask for a table.

Steaks were too Spicy

Worst Longhorn ever

Best LongHorn Ever!

LongHorn is always one of our favorite restaurants! This location was nothing but amazing! The food was delicious as always and the service was perfect! Our waitress, Juliana, was so sweet and friendly. Some of our favorites are the grilled chicken, chopped steak, mashed potatoes, and mushrooms!
