We rocked up with no booking, they were full, but were happy to accommodate us up at the bar. The service and food was fabulous!

We had the most perfect lunch. From arrival we were greeted with open arms and led to the divine balcony with a fabulous view over the Pacific Ocean. The food was sublime, lovingly prepared by a culinary genius then served by professional waiting staff with...efficiency and proficiency. We eat here often and keep coming back for more. Special thanks to Raimondo who was a shining star. 🙏More

This place is out the gate amazing. The food was amazing and very unique way of spreading out meals allows for relaxed / non rushed meal. The waiter was just amazing. His service / attention to detail was the best all of us have had...for a long time if not ever. This Italian man is a real asset to the company and we will be back as soon as we visit Waiheke Island again. Thank you to The Oyster Inn for the food / service / atmosphere. A foodie friend had told me “Everything on the menu is delicious” and while we didn’t eat everything on the menu, I’m inclined to agree with him. From the rosemary focaccia with stracciatella to the vanilla ice cream choux buns with salted caramel sauce and...everything in between, it was superb. A great wine list and wonderfully professional service on a busy Saturday afternoon. The waiter asked if it was a special occasion and on learning it was, my dessert appeared suitably decorated - a lovely surprise.More

My partner and I dined here on a mini break weekend and were so impressed. To begin with the lady who seated us was so welcoming and offered us a seat on the veranda before other guests arrived. We ordered oysters which were out of...this world followed by fish which was also amazing. We couldn't have felt more special and really thank you for your hospitality views to die for and a thoroughly enjoyable evening.More

Great choice for lunch with friends, we were given a window table on the deck, behind a clear plastic awning, so very pleasant on a sunny windy autumn day. Excellent waiter, but gosh the table was sticky. We all loved our perfect portion sizes and...consequently we finished our meals. I loved my chilli, mussels linguine served in a bowl. Coffee was great also.More

Historically our absolute favourite Waiheke restaurant but this last visit just wasn’t up to scratch. We will still go but no longer our first port of call.

The food is amazing here and definitely lives up to the hype. Seafood tower is a must and great celebration of kaimoana. Beef and lamb was excellent. Cocktails are really good too. Pretty in pink is yummy, ok selection of wines.... where's the waiheke wines???...Experience marred by very poor service. Grumpy waiter, obviously overworked. Did not want to take out food orders after we had waited half an hour for someone to speak to us... other than offering us water. It was a sunny dayMore

Not sure if there is a specific kids menu but there are plenty os starters you can choose from rather than a main for smaller appetites. Enjoy!

Either. ask for outside table if you go for lunch as you can sit on balcony with view. Dinner time is maybe a little noisier but anytime is fun time

It's in Oneroa - the main town area closest to the ferry (Matiatia - not the car ferry at Kennedy Point). You can walk into town in 15-20min or there are taxis and buses at the ferry and in town you can grab.
