We had Salmon and John Dory and they were both great but the Salmon from the south Island was really awesome. Overall we both enjoyed the meal and decided that it was the best meal in our two weeks on the road together

Here for a month, already been about 5 times. Love it. Went Sun night, great band, top vibe. Had the excellent roast dinner, nice French wines, excellent waiter, Patience, best wine uncorker ever and who's going to be a star):). Only gripes, we always tip in cash, but hate the tip add-on option on the card receipt, but seeing a... More

With a daily menu, seafood specials including a raw bar, this was a great choice for a celebration dinner during a short break on Waiheke Island. Good selection of local wines as well.

This is our first stop on every visit to Waiheke. Wine and fresh half dozen bluff and half dozen waiheke oysters to start the day of adventure. The service is great and location beautiful. Funny I ordered a dozen oysters and my husband noticed I only had ten. I told the waited as we were laughing as we knew it... More

Went here for a few beers while on the beach. We were happy to find few craft beer & a cider on tap. Lovely beach views from the deck. Staff was just wonderful, and we returned the same night for dinner but the kitchen had closed after 9:30/10 pm. Well surely come back for a meal when on the Island... More

Dined on a recent wet evening. A little draughty out on the terrrace, but still nice to be out there (with protection from the rain). The meals were good, but not great. Probably should have ordered vegetables or salad, but this was not suggested. Service was attentive. Felt quite pricey for what we got. Enjoyed our evening though.

We really enjoyed our lunch at The Oyster Inn after doing a wine tour. We started with the lamb rack which came with a DELICIOUS sauce. We ended up ordering fries on the so that we could finish the sauce, no shame! My boyfriend generally does not like oysters but he really enjoyed them here.

The Oyster Inn is located upstairs in a colonial building on the main street or Oneroa. It provides an excellent view over the water and more importantly offers a great selection food. The service was perfect. It was a great place to finish off a wonderful day of winery touring on Waiheke.

Thank Maurice d
