We went here once before for a toasted sandwich and were slightly disappointed. However, as it was the only place open for breakfast at the Wharf we went here again. BEST DECISION! We had the breakfast plate which is a share plate for 2 people...containing eggs (cooked to your liking), smashed avo, chorizo, bacon, mushrooms, spinach and grilled tomatoes. Absolutely delicious. Best brekkie we have had in a long timeMore

My coffee was so burnt it tasted like mud and over priced ($7.50) small glass. I won’t be back anytime soon

This was our 'go to' place for coffee in Mooloolaba. We used to like the coffee. But they have changed the bean or something and it is very disappointing these days. We first noticed the decline in December but we just put it down to...an unexperienced barista. But we again had bad coffee on New Year's Day. On this occasion I asked the manager what had changed and he said they had been trying a different bean but as there had been a few complaints they would move back to the previous bean style. But when we visited again today the coffee was bad again. Now just to point out, some may think it is a matter of personal taste. But this coffee leaves a nasty and somewhat greasy after taste which is very unpleasant. In fact it is the worst coffee we have tasted in a very long time. Fortunately there are plenty of other good coffee options in the area.So we are done.More

Every single staff member was so customer focussed and friendly right from when we sat down to when we paid. If every restaurant had staff like this, there would never be any customer complaints! We went for breakfast and whilst the menu wasn’t huge, if...eggs are your thing, this is the place to go! The food was fabulous. Can not fault this place! Keep up the great work with your friendly staff!More

We were seated and ordered coffee to start . Coffee was delivered in paper cups as china cups ran out. Then we ordered breakfast . Pleasant staff delivered the meals. Two were smashed avocado , apparently with feta and eggs. No feta to be seen,...the grey green avocado had two pieces of cold toast on the side, butter spread and visible . As I don’t eat eggs I asked for bacon . This fatty side was draped on the side. The visual presentation was appalling! My husband had corn fritters, two small things appeared on the plate so he was happy to eat my toast. We left and my husband paid the bill. He paid $75 ! I was appalled. This has prompted me to write this review. How dare this restaurant charge $25 a head for what can only be described as mediocre food and coffee. Try the hinterland to learn how to do a good breakfast with reasonable charges! Appalling!More

Food was fabulous but the permanent scowl on the face of the woman serving made the experience uncomfortable. Service a week ago was great but not today.

Service was incredibly slow. Our party of 3 were served their food at different times. The first person was finished eating before the third person received their toast and avocado. The 2 people who ordered scrambled eggs were disappointed in the texture.

This restaurant offer no table service so you have to pay before you eat. We were a big group of 11. The restaurant is very noisy with all the drinks machines buzzing and when we gave the order one of the drinks was a hot...chocolate instead of a chocolate Milkshake. We waited an hour for our food and from were we sat you could clearly see that the kitchen was short staffed and we noticed that the food was prepared without them wearing gloves. The beef sandwiches was good but the kids toasted sandwiches cold. They do have free WiFi. There is no toilets in the restaurant.More

This restaurant is located on the Wharf and worth your while. Nothing beats a range of freshly baked muffins in the morning. The coffee is a good blend, prices reasonable, great menu options with friendly staff and ample seating inside and out. Definitely a destination...for couples and families.More

Amazing coffee! Moon Dog coffee has an unbelievably beautiful, smooth taste. Hugh is friendly, helpful and an amazing barista. Thanks for our great coffee this morning.
