Friendly staff and a good variety on the menu. Food was tasty (did give the wrong pie but it was still yummy).

Bakery treats were very nice. Pies also looked like they were to die for. Very reasonable place to eat in Arrowtown
Trust me I know my pies. When I flew in from Australia this was my first stop, I’ve been missing these little gems of greatness for years. Wasn’t disappointed, they were super tasty as always. Wish I could get them here.
We had the first Buttie ever in New Zealand. It’s a bacon and egg roll. We had to try it as the name intrigues us! Cute and warm cosy cafe. The pies are good, but in saying that, I would not say it’s world famous...More
Amazing milkshake flavours. Desserts were nice too. Also had the mousetrap slices. Those, on the other hand, were just okay. Decent prices, but wouldn't return.

We popped in to the bakery and bought 2 mince pies after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. Honestly not sure what the fuss is about. The pies are okay (not great) but well overpriced and the service mediocre at best.
There was so much to choose from and it all looked and sounded lovely and what we had was. The fact that they were so busy, even at 11.30 speaks for itself. Unfortunately the iced coffees were at least half a tumbler of ice cubes.
