Old style charm, rustic and inviting atmosphere. Awesome food one of my local favourite places! 1000000 stars if a could. I recommend the pancakes!

Went into Maggie’s for lunch today and had their eggs benny with spinach and bacon along with an almond milk cappuccino. The food was lovely, the cafe is welcoming and feels homely. The staff are all lovely too. Their other food looks pretty good, I...will be coming back one day when I’m next on the coast!More

Toasted cheese and mushroom sandwich was brilliant - unfortunately flat white coffee was a little weak.

We didn’t know where to eat breakfast in Greymouth so checked in with Trip Advisor. Maggie’s Kitchen was a popular suggestion. First impressions of this cafe were that it was unassuming, yet warm and the staff welcoming. The menu offered a good selection of kiwi...favorites -hubby had the big breakfast which, again, wasn’t all fancy but the food was good quality and beautifully cooked. I had pancakes with bacon - those pancakes were like my Nan would have cooked ... fluffy and delicious!! They came with sliced banana ( there was also the option of blueberries) and a jug of maple syrup! 10/10 ladies!!! The cafe walls were filled with articles of history as well as lovely local notes and bits of art, all making this experience comfortable.More

Last time we were in greymouth they were just closing up so this time we made sure we were there in time for lunch. Extensive menu including gluten free options. Cheap, fast and cheerful.
