My wife and I visited Greymouth in January and decided to grab some dinner at Ali's. We were so delighted with our decision to eat here, the staff were so welcoming and we loved the decor and artwork on the walls. When we got our...More

Place has a very friendly atmosphere and the most superb toasted sandwiches ever. The staff were most accommodating and helpful. We loved the place so much we returned for a second visit during our short stay in Greymouth.

We had the open steak sandwich, the chicken cranberry almond slice and the bacon and egg pie Food was good but the bacon in the bacon and egg pie was rather soft (not very pleasant) Atmosphere is rather relaxed and welcoming

Great Place! Beautiful kiwi staff. I was short $2 to pay for my lunch so one of the kind staff took $2 from the ‘Tip’ jar to pay for the shortfall. Needed something healthy to eat - great salads!!

Food and ambience were quite nice. Special menu on that day includes fish cake. But there was a community event on that day and the road was closed so we had to make a detour to get to the restaurant.
