We really enjoyed the ambiance of the bar room with its wood paneling, and while it took more time than we expected to get our appetizers, we focused on the beers we were enjoying while we waited. We were glad we went here while waiting...More

Classic pub grub and beers. Average price and food, in an expected, reliable, and pleasant way. Sunny when we got here, still a bit of wind chill if you sit outside.

Went with wife’s relations. I ordered the pork dish Was superb! Loverly crackly, meat moist well cooked. I enjoyed every morsel. Washed down with a couple of pilsners. Life is good. Recommended

This was like stepping back in time. High ceilings, copper stills, cosy armchairs. The atmosphere was very welcoming. There was an extensive selection of beers plus a varied food menu with a large dining area. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend...More
