Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very expensive, both had wedges, two tiny bits of bacon, a small pot of sour cream and wedges over cooked, not worth 23 dollars, try Redwoods in Kerikeri then you will know what I mean.

Very friendly staff and accommodating of my restricted diet. Easily making small changes to their meals and swap ingredients for something else if they can.

The cafe had a lovely ambience with the staff being friendly, the service great and the food selection wide. The cabinet food looked fresh and tempting! Our coffees and food were served promptly even though the cafe was busy. We felt that the food items...were overpriced.More

Found this cafe on google and decided to detour off the highway. Great variety of food in cabinet and to order off the board. Arrived just before closing and staff were super friendly and happy to take our orders and weren’t rushing us to eat...or get out the door. Will stop here every time we travel north :)More

Super busy cafe for a weekday. Luckily we found a spot and ordered some breakfast. It came out really fast considering how busy it was and the food was superb.

Terrible breakfast. I ordered granola...it would have been a nicer serving at home. Granola...a few chopped up bits of fruit in the middle and a tablespon of yoghurt dumped on top. Come on Milk and Honey if you' run out of ingredients tell the customer...so they can order something else!More
