Hi Karen, my apologies for the lack of response we have just had a frantic couple of months with an ownership change and staff changes etc, it was never my intention to ignore your response as we value customer feedback be it good or bad we have had a menu change and we have a new chef on board who is looking to change the menu again shortly so it is now a time where we are excited about what is to come and we would love nothing more than for you to experience this on us as our way of apologising for the experience you had prior please email me again and i'll respond with a voucher for 2 main meals and 2 free drinks for you to come and dine and see that we can do much better than you previously experienced. apologies again for not responding sooner,
