We had walked around Wanganui and were looking for a place for a drink, The Ceramic Bar is ideal for people watching and provides a good range of wine, spirits and beer.

We called in for dinner and David, the maitre d' was very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed fine dining; the Angus fillet, Venison Loin and Chef's fish special. They were all superbly presented and tasted amazing. Mmmmm...well done!

Stopped here for lunch, but not much to choose from. Tables on the main street, but offerings don't match position.
