Sola cafe provides good wholesome vegetarian food from a blackboard menu or from the counter. Their savoury muffins are delicious and their hot chocolates to-die-for!! They also have an icecream counter with yummy gelato and sorbet. The staff are quirky with fun "straight-up" commentary, makes for an enjoyable experience dining at Sola. Have been coming here for 10 years and... More

Stopped here for breakfast. Good menu and healthy choices. Food fresh and delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Sat out on the footpath and watched the world go by. Would recommend.

This is one of our favorite cafes in the main street of Thames with seats in the pavement to enjoy the atmosphere of this old gold mining town. The food is always great to go with a cappuccino or flat white coffee.

My partner and I had lunch at Sola Cafe and the staff member who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable about what our vegan options were. We ended up having a roasted vegetable panini, side salad and hummus, a couple of coffees and a bliss ball. All were delicious and very filling! We'd definitely return here again as it's... More

The folks at Sola will do their best to accommodate special needs/requests. The food was not super flavorful but we knew it was clean and wholesome. Much appreciated after long travels. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.

Sola café features the usual fare: grilled sandwiches, mixed salads, coffees and teas of all kinds -- but they also offer vegetarian and vegan options, which is a decent option. It's counter-service, not fancy, but the servers are efficient and pleasant.

Stopped here for brunch and sat on the pavement chairs watching the local boy racers! Ordered an all day breakfast with extra avocado. Sausage and bacon was off... didn't realise it was a vegetarian place!
