Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Ordering process very very very Slow, they have 2 cashier counters but only 1 going, probably not the best idea when it's lunchtime and probably the slowest cashier operator. When order finally came out, was totally disappointed with portion - ordered the buttermilk crispy chicken....Literally 2 x chicken tenders and small basket of chips for $20, the kids meal chicken and chips is way better value for money at $10More

Very slow service - we waited 35 minutes for a cooked breakfast - we got our drinks not long after we ordered - which was great! The food was nice when it arrived but we were not happy with the wait ! Very very slow...and it wasn’t that busy so that can’t be excuse !More

This used to be called Graeme's and we always ate there when visiting Palmerston Nth. I feel it has gone downhill with the new owners. We visited on a Sunday lunch time and I had an apple strudel from the display cabinet. It came with...cream which was so stale that it broke into small lumps. The strudel itself was stodgy. My wife had a peanut brownie which was dry and she couldn't taste the peanuts. She had a hot choclate to drink and whilst that was nice, we had finished by the time the drink arrived (and it venue was not busy).More

Looks like a typical large chain cafe. Large selection of fresh food in cabinets. The coffee was great as were the poached eggs on toast.

Been here a few times now and never disappointed. Friendly, organized staff who seem to cope with the busy times calmly and efficiently. Great cheese scones, warmed with some real butter. Coffee was really hot and tasty, good value too.

I was looking for somewhere to have an early evening meal whilst I was in The Plaza and Graeme's had a two course special between 5-8pm so I went inside to enquire. The cafe was empty when I arrived at about 5pm, I was given...a list of items that were included at the special price and there were certain dishes from the glass cabinet that were included in the offer. The dish I ordered came with a small side salad which was well presented and was delicious, I had a lamington cake for dessert which was also tasty. The cafe soon filled up soon after possibly because of the 2 course offer. I enjoyed the meals I had, the coffee was also very good, I would visit the cafe again when in the area.More

There was a time when I did like going here but not any more. I find them expensive and not consistent. Tried again recently but was disappointed with the food and drink.

If you love homemade food with taste first and foremost then you have to come here! My only regret is I don't live locally so can't pop in again tomorrow! The coffee was divine and service friendly and personable. Awesome wee find.

Lots of variety of food available. Some are already to go in display cabinets or you can have made to order. Plenty of tables available and they serve a very good cup of coffee. It took a while for the toasted sandwich to come out...but after eating it, I was happy to wait. Food is delicious.More

I often buy a quick lunch here is I've left eating too long and the club sandwiches are one of the best I've ever tasted. I don't eat a big lunch and really it's a fill-in on the run. I do recommend their food and...it all looks great.More

Have visited this cafe few times. Thought to give them few chances when it came to making good coffee. But, no luck. To sum up my experience, average food, good service and below average coffee.
