This cafe was my absolute favourite, it is under new ownership for some time now and isn’t the same.
Meals are pricy, $20 for eggs Benedict is expensive for lunch, very average, hollandaise sauce was different. My friend had a toasted sandwich that was soggy on the bottom.
The blackboard menu has been replaced with a shiny sign written one that doesn’t fit the rustic cafe.
Not sure I will be in a hurry to return.

Consistently our fave cafe in Palmy for the high quality meals and drinks. On a wet, miserable Autumn day, cheese fuelled, bacon Mac pasta hit the spot and the Pasta of the Day, a joy to the tastebuds. Great range of sweet treats, fast friendly service, chef checked we had enjoyed our meals which was a nice touch. Nothing to criticise here, keep up the fantastic work.

It’s a long time since I had visited this cafe. I was a little disappointed. Level 2 restrictions had just been put back in place so my husband and I zapped our Covid app on entry. We were met by a rather insistent staff member telling us to also sign in even though we explained that we had scanned our phones. Service was slow and unimpressive.

Extremely rude and unprofessional lady with no consideration for putting customer's health at risk and making them sick. If you don't understand the impact of serious allergens or you simply made a mistake at the very least apologise and learn from that mistake instead of treating customers with disrespect who politely called you up to let you know (so you don't make the mistake again and make other customers sick). Do not recommend.

Great coffee but once again the food is poor. 4/4 bad experiences over 3 years. The kitchen staff don’t understand flavour subtlety. Had BLAT but should have read LBLAT - tasted like half a lemon squeezed on it. The excuse was that it was the French dressing (insinuating that I had no idea). Tried a croissant which ok but was cold and doughy in the middle.

I love the lamb salad here, have moved away but whenever I’m in town it’s what I go in for. My husband had the eggs benny. Lovely staff and a relaxed place for a bite to eat. Kid friendly.

Great wee place for a coffee and a BLAT. Old and tired is the style but boy its cosy in the winter. Sitting outside in the summer under the grape vine is fun as you watch the birds eat the grapes - they are having such a great time. One of my favourite go to places.

Hidden treasure. Lovely ambience snd service. Great coffee. The breakfast menu was delectable. Had mushrooms on toast. Look forward to returning.

A very cool place with thrifted knicknacks and utensils everywhere. And one of the only places in Palmy to have free parking!
However, we ordered a pricey toastie and it was burnt to a crisp... how do you burn a toastie. The regular latte was nice but the coffees my friends and I have tried with alternative milk are near undrinkable.
