A great find in Palmy North, the clue was the roadies ( road cyclists) sat outside; one thing about roadies is they know their coffee. Excellent coffees, tempting cabinet food, the cranberry and white chocolate biscotti was so moreish. I’ll be back to buy some beans for home.

Best coffee ever. I was recommended this place as selling amazing coffee so I went in with high expectations. It turns out my expectations were obviously too low as the coffee was more amazing than I had even expected.

What a great new venue for this Cafe in the Hub of the FMG Building. It's modern, clean and the service, food and coffee is second to none. Best toilets in town!

The FMG cafe is a nice location, BUT the staff are shocking. The lady (owner?) FOH couldn't even understand what I wanted, and a man out in the kitchen was absolutely abusing the poor girl working in the kitchen. The fact we could hear it from the cate for one, but who should get away with treating staff like that? The lady out the front didnt even seem fazed!!
Not to mention how DISGUSTING the place was. Flies everywhere, dirty hats on clean cups, greasy unwashed dishes everywhere. Safe to say we wont be going back there. I hope your staff find a nicer job to go to.

We have only just found this amazing cafe. Definitely the best coffee in Palmerston North. We could even choose our coffee beans. magic! Perfect service and of course freshly roasted beans all help the freshness of the coffee. To be recommended!

Arrosta is now at two locations and we went to their new cafe at the FMG. First impressions was that although they had and assortment of dining options the lunch prices were higher that I would have expected especially for a lunch menu. The lunch we found was also a bit average which left us feeling that everything was a bit overpriced for what was being offered. Service was good and as per other reviews, their coffee was good but it unlikely to be enough to convince me to return.

OMG the best scrambled eggs...served with bacon and kumara rosti, and a divine sauce. Best brunch I have had in a while. Great chai latte, nice modern setting, clean and fresh.
Good acoustics, a lot of people came in and it was still easy to hear and chat without it becoming too noisy.
Waiter was very pleasant too.
Very nice indeed...I'll be back :-)

Beans are roasted in house out the back by the awesome team. Service is always super friendly. Great space. And most importantly a good blend which makes a fantastic cup of coffee

I cannot recommend this place enough! I'm forever telling people to go there for coffee and they always come back saying how great it is. Not only is the coffee great but the service is impeccable. I have never had a bad experience there. At peak times there may be abit of a wait for the coffee because it's so busy (that just proves how great it is) when there is a wait they always let you know.

Grabbed a long black while staying in town for a contact course at Massey. It was some of the BEST coffee I have ever had. Hope I get to go back!
