Arrived at 7.40pm and immediately told by female staff “you are late and have 12 minutes to order” This was confronting and arrogant. Given the menu has limited choices, deciding what to eat was easy. Curried prawns - poor. rice, some small prawns drowned in...a creamy curry sauce. This dish needs some greens added and even the cook might consider chilli Chop chop salad - was good Barramundi - was good. Ordered some wine. The bottle arrived with no glasses. The waiter finally found some 15 minutes later and only when asked for a second time. Dessert - cheese platter and Eton Mess both good. Last drinks called at 8.30pm ( ordered one drink and waiter got that wrong) Restaurant closed at 9.30pm - encouraged to leave. Car spots at a premium and noted that female staff parking in a bay adjacent to a room. Clearly they could have parked in Maude Street. Service - poor. The young male waiter was fine but his female colleagues were all sadly lacking in attitude and possibly in the wrong industry. Unlikely to eat there again.More
