Lovely relaxing and delicious lunch. Great menu. Food was amazing! Was a cold winters day but the heaters provided a cozy atmosphere on the verandah.

Meals here are usually amazing ! However was so disappointed with my pork belly last visit. The best part the crackling was so tough and salty I couldn't eat it. Hope it was just a one off.

A beautiful lunch with great wine, friendly service and a great outlook over the vineyard, all at a pretty affordable price. What more could you ask for? Maybe slightly better mobile service? :D

If you can make it to The Little Fish restaurant on a Friday night you will be most surprised by the band they have playing there, who comprise of owners Angie and Steve and other amazing musicians. They play everything from Madeline Peyroux to Santana,...Elvis, and the Beatles. With the restrictions being relaxed now in regards to Covid, the dance floor was soon being used! The food was great, I had the chicken dish and my wife the steak dish which were cooked to perfection and washed down with some good wine from the vineyard at Little Fish. As a visitor from Sydney, all this came as a pleasant surprise and my next visit to Port Macquarie will be organized around a musical Friday night at Little Fish. Alan PMore

We were a party of five and were delighted with our meals. The food was first class as was the service. The hostess was unable to locate our booking on arrival despite having received a confirmation however she was very gracious and quickly found us...a table without any fuss. It’s a beautiful setting and we though the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Their own wines were also very good. Highly recommend.More

Dined there for lunch on April 11th. Line up, wait, and order at the bar and pay at the bar. Are they kidding. The when my medium - well steak arrived well it was the coolest steak I have ever attempted to eat. And dead...cold before I could get through it. So left the rest. Had a lot of stick date pudding in my time and its always started quite warm to hot. Yep the pudding was down there with the steak. Never AgainMore

We visited as a group of twelve for Sunday lunch, celebrating one couples wedding anniversary. Beautiful setting, although a bit windy - we sat in the new outdoor marquee area, but when we asked to close the end clear blinds to stop the wind we...were told it wasn’t possible as the installer had to come back and fix them, as they didn’t meet in the middle and couldn’t be zipped up. Food was amazing, as was the local wine. Service however, was average at best, and possibly exacerbated by the fact that everyone had to go and order+pay at the counter. For a restaurant of this caliber and price, there may have been a little less confusion with our orders had we received table service. To add insult to injury, one waitresses came to our table saying that one of the desserts had not been ordered, despite the customer seeing her name written on the receipt when she paid for coffee and dessert (she received the coffee but had to remind them to bring her dessert after everyone else at the table had finished theirs) Not meaning to sound picky, but service all round was very poor..More

Our first visit to this restaurant, which is in a lovely setting, with tables overlooking the vines was pleasant for lunch. The service was friendly but we would prefer to order while seated, as another table nearby was able to do. We shared an entree...of duck liver parfait and while the parfait was very nice, the mesclun salad that accompanied it was more like coleslaw that was not a good match. It was served with balsamic and while I usually ask if balsamic is served on a salad, I didn’t expect it with the entree of duck parfait. No extra plate was offered for us to share our entree. The bread roll accompanying it was the same as those served with the meal and was very much like the small rolls you buy in a packet from a supermarket. We both ordered the apple cider braised pork belly for mains which was delicious. This was served with the same mesclun salad as the entree (more like a coleslaw of cabbage and red onion with balsamic) but this time it was a good match for the meat. While the salad was pleasant, serving the same for our entree and main (adding 4 pear slices, goats cheese and walnuts with the main) was a bit too much to eat. The desserts ordered were very nice. The Honey Rosemary Creme Brûlée lacked flavour, but the custard was creamy with a great crunchy topping. The Prune and Almond Tart was something different and delicious. A bottle of Rose from the vineyard was excellent. The main meal sizes and salad were on the large size - We do prefer smaller portions, but understand we may be in the minority on that.More

We haven't visited for some years and the venue hasn't changed much...it is a lovely setting, maybe looking a bit tired now but it's been a tough year. It was a hot day so we went for a shared lunch platter...which turned up in a...brown cardboard picnic box. I suppose it was meant to be eaten as a sort of picnic but looked a little out of place on the lunch table. The wines are OK...nice to have their local wines on the menu. The platter was unfortunately unremarkable. It had crackers, salamis, salami sticks, nuts, dried prunes, apricots, blueberries and 3 types of cheese. Small plastic pots accompanying contained olives, sun dried tomatoes, humus, avocado dip and chutney. Good variety but it was obvious that everything came from the supermarket shelf. I don't think anything on the platter was home made and that was really disappointing. We know their cooking skills are good so perhaps we'll stick to other menu choices in future. Service was friendly, efficient and accorded Covid safe rules.More

Incredible food service and location. Value for money is amazing. 2 courses for $53. Had the mussels for entry and the pork belly for main. Both dishes were among the best food I’ve ever eaten. Partner had the potato nocci and the salmon and once...again she said it was amazing. We visited here with Adrian from secret vines experience and this place was exactly as he said it would be. Amazing lunch amazing value for money and amazing wine tour.More
