Queenstown & New Zealand's only floating bar and coffee shop. Enjoy a hot or cold drink on the water with stunning views with fantastic friendly service. Our vessel is immaculate with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. So regardless of what the weather you will be very comfortable. Come down and see for yourself, I guarantee you will love it as much I do.

Great place for a drink by the wharf at good prices and you're welcome to take your own food! A winner!

Don’t let cold weather fool you, the friendly kiwi bartender/owner makes sure it’s nice and toasty at the top whilst you are calmly rocked by the lake. And with $7.50 for a pint, after a long day this place was the best place to go...More

As the name suggests, this is a double-deck boat which appears to be permanently moored. I believe it's drinks only, but you may take your own food aboard if you so desire. Limited range of wines, but most adequate for us. The "Floating BAR" is...More

Sat bang in the middle of the walk to the harbour, it is a great location. It is a bar you are invited to eat your own snacks but there are no hot drinks. The location is perfect, the prices are the best around and...More

Sure, it's cool to have a drink on a docked boat. The top of the boat has a nice lounge area and covered seating. However, it was tight to get in and out of the bar, and honestly, our drinks were pricey for the strength...More

Such an amazing place; the view of the sunset is simply amazing... Fraser, the late-night bar-tender, more than added to moment! Highly Recommend this place to anyone visiting, and we learned that Fraser won the cutest bartender in Queenstown three years in a row. The...More

Had time to kill whilst girls went to spa so blokes went for a few beers. This is a nice place - does decent pints (rather than 400ml) which was good.

I think this was my favourite bar in Queenstown. There were seats on the deck along with heaters so you could sit up there in the evening without being cold. The drinks were cheap and the staff were realky friendly and helpful

What's not to love? Very reasonably priced drinks with fantastic views of the esplanade, lake and montains. BYO food if you like. Good range of wine, beers, and softdrinks. It was cold and raining when we visited but both decks were warm and toasty. Definitely...More

I'm sure it is good, but as locals we have been there 3 times to get coffee and every time there has been a problem, 'Sorry but we are closing early' or 'sorry but we have just cleaned the machine' etc. Now the family refuse...More

Hi, This 2 star review strikes me as a little odd. We sold our coffee machine about 3 months ago. Running a bar on a boat is a little tricky sometimes, electricity especially. Ever since we have been open we have had to juggle the...More

Hi Suzie, It is a very small boat which is constantly moored. On the bottom deck I reckon there are approx. 10 booths seating 4 to a booth. There is a small standing section at the bar where you could squeeze in 8-10 people... More
