Cool place to come even if you're not a beer drinker as they have a number of lovely ciders and Ginger Bear (gorgeous Queenstown Ginger Beer). The pub itself wasn't very busy at all when we went and there was plenty of seating, so that...was a bonus!More

Called in for a few beers last weekend. Beer selection was great as was music. Staff were as helpful as ever. Social distancing regulations didn't really get in the way. Happily recommend for the discerning beer drinker.

The team at Smiths is happy to look after you and they have an amazing selection of Beers on tap. Great service and a lovely atmosphere, highly recommend dropping in. I believe they have a good selection of wine and the food menu looked great...but I wasn’t hungry.More

Favourite pub in town. The staff are amazing, the beer selection never disappoints, and the food is excellent. Awesome burgers, the fresh pretzel is amazing, the poutine is as close to a Québec poutine that we've found so far in NZ. Do yourself a favour,...check out Smiths.More

THE VEGAN TOFU TACOS ARE TACO-LLY AWESOME! Was only going to eat one and take the rest home but wound up eating all three! My mind is BLOWN and I'M NOT EVEN VEGAN! That's a wrap.

Great range of beer on tap (but only one cider, to the slight disappointment of one of our party). Handy central location on the first floor with views across the street and to the mountains in the background. Friendly crew behind the bar. The burgers...on the menu looked great, although we did not partake.More

Smiths is one of our go to places in town. Love the poutine and often order the burgers to. The pool table is a definite bonus to. Service is always super friendly. I normally drink cider so whilst this is a beer house, I’d love...it if they had an apple cider available more often.More

We stopped in after getting to town late. They were still doing snacks and the food was pretty good. They had a wide range of beers so we tried a lot of them. It's a good place to get caught up on beers of the...south.More

Beer house with more than 30 different kind of beers. I was there several times during my stay in Queenstown, I tried to order a different beer every time. I had a dinner just once, still the burger was delicious.
