After walking the Routeburn track we had high expectations and the fish’n chips and beef Wellington did not disappoint! Great service from Sonny our waiter who was super helpful with picky and indecisive customers 😃

How this place has any positive reviews I can’t imagine. The whole place shakes with the volume of the horse racing on the TVs, which appears to be continuous. The group of yobbish men watching it filled the remaining space with foul language shouted at...the top of their voices. Do yourself a vapour and go elsewhere - anywhere else has to be better.More
Friendly service and quick shown to our booth. Plenty of room to seat the five of us. Orders were taken and our meals took no time at all. Plenty to choose from on the menu and the meals were excellent. We really enjoyed it and...would eat here again.More
10/10 on service, how fast and how good the food was on the table. No questions just quality service and food
Great food, great service! All the loved favourites, really well done. Service showed attention to detail and really exceeded. Thank you!
For a steakhouse the quality of steak and ribs was terrible. The steak was tough and the ribs were extremely tough and dry suggesting that the my were pre cooked and heated up in an oven for hours. Disappointing to say the least.
Visited Brazz for an afternoon drink and enjoyed the ambiance that we decided to have an early dinner from the extensive bar snacks menu. Makita was an outstanding bar host and guided us through our selections of drinks and food. We really enjoyed this visit...having come over from Australia for a week in the snow and touring the town. This place is so cool that we’d call it our home away from home.More
Very expensive for nothing. Salt and pepper go a long way in cooking, they don't use it. Margaritas have enough salt to sink a ship. Most expensive pub feed in queenstown, go to Pg Mahones.
Seriously not good enough! We ordered a burger without the beetroot, lettuce and chutney, as well as a 300g rump steak, asked to be cooked medium rare. The burger came out with non of the specified modifications and the steak so rare it was nearly...blue. When sent back, the burger came out a second time still having lettuce on it, and the steak still being very rare in the middle when it came back to our table. We voiced our frustration when paying for the food which was completely brushed off with the excuse that there were new people in the kitchen. Although a nice atmosphere, having to sent both meals back is not acceptable. This is not good enough when paying lots of money and expecting good food. Photo shown below is ‘medium rear’ after it has already been sent back and cooked a second time. Was even more rear when it first arrived to the table.More
Absolutely class all round, from friendly staff and very quick service of drinks and meals. Meal was extraordinary ❤️
Very Well located in the town it is a great place for a drink and bite. A good atmosphere and good service it’s worth a look.
Busy saturday night in queenstown so told it would be an hour until we could get a table so a nice wander around the waterfront needed to be had. Arrived back an hour later, staff very friendly, service great and food fantastic. We had the...original ribs and the Sirloin medium rare. Steak cooked to perfection and ribs melted off bone. Chips really delicious Would recommendMore
I never got as far as sitting down in an almost empty restaurant at 5.40. Seemed as though they would be doing me a favour. Reception girl couldn't locate manager and seemed rather disinterested. Decided to go where my business would be welcome.
After a tiring 13-hour day out to Doubtful Sound and back, we just wanted a quick meal, nothing too fancy, but fancy enough to impress my wife on Valentine's Day! Brazz was just fine. We had simple fish and chips and salad. Food was well...done, service was fast and efficient, and the atmosphere was good-mainly couples, not like some of the raucous bars in Queenstown catering for a different demographic. We'd have no hesitation in visiting Brazz again.More
We visited here, today, Boxing Day! It was sooooo busy but the lovely lady who was front of house fitted us in , advising us how busy they were . Well, there could only have been about 5 staff In this large restaurant and every...single one of them were kind, friendly , courteous and working like mad! The barman were brilliant (thank you to the young lad who served my rose wine with ice). And the food was fantastic ! We will definitely be coming here again!More
