We called into Pedro's for a drink while waiting on a dinner reservation. The staff here were amazing, especially the main host. His energy and attentiveness to all patrons was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend
Visited this restaurant twice over 4 days in Queenstown. Service was excellent, nothing too much trouble including putting the heaters on outside in the middle of summer! We had the tapas on the first night and lamb on the second. Both were great with excellent...recommendations from the waiting staff and Pedro himself. Great ace to eat and relax on the lake front and watch the world go by.More
I was gonna give a two but literally dropped to a one. Family of four. Paying the same money as everyone on the same menu and expecting the same service. But felt a lot different than expected. Firstly, everyone (staff) swivelled around us like we...were a rock in a river. So that was a turn off. Second, kids has some nachos we ordered from outside. Upon politely asking them if they can have them here, we were Strictly TOLD that we are a restaurant and wont allow any outside food. But the silver lining was when it started raining and my wife went to request to covered seating space, options were sit and eat in rain or leave. Full stop. No compassion or empathy. Just pay and eat in whatever circumstances or go. Very disappointed. This was our last night in qtown and wanted a relaxed evening. Not what we expected. Just fyi. We r brown. Not sure if that made a difference to the entire equation.More
Hello travellers dont miss this famous restaurant in Queenstown. You love lamb and other Spanish dish like gambas al ajilo then this is the place. You will not be dissappointed. It will surely tickle your taste bud! And price very reasonable.
Pedros is awesome, great food and service. We eat here every time we are in Queenstown. The tapas are super tasty, the lamb amazing :). The staff are so friendly and helpful. HIghly recommend.
After grazing over some anti-pasto and vinos, at our apartment before heading downtown queenstown for the night, we settled on outdoor table at Pedro's for some Tapas. Good decision made, ordered 5 Tapas dishes between the four of us with some breads to soak up...the oils and sauces. They were all tasty and got devoured. The garlic prawns and patatas bravas were as good as any tapas I had in Spain. The stuffed nushroons and mussels were also very good. Only dissappointment was the jug of Sangria was a bit watery and weak , a bit of quick thinking by buying another glass of red to top up the jug then made it what it should have tasted like. Plenty of heaters to keep all warm on a chilly August nite made for a good nite. On ya Pedro's, recommend for TapasMore
We were a party of 11 that arrived late on a Monday evening without a booking. We were welcomed into your restaurant. Service was excellent and food was great. When we are next in Queenstown will be putting you on our list of must do’s.
Succulent fall off the bone shoulder of lamb served with sliced potatoes soaked in the drippings …. Simply can’t fault it …. Also excellent service with order being ready on time
This is really hard to beat in Queenstown, or any of the other couple of places that has a Pedro's. We three started with a mulled sangria, and then three shared tapas. All of these were well above average, and then we had the special...of the house the roast shoulder of lamb, with potatoes and peas. Cooked for @ 8 hours apparently it comes to the table so tender it is cut and served with a spoon, and the sides also were just as good as peas and potatoes get. We had another drink , a house special spritz. We finished with sweets Catalan cream, and churros. A trip to Queenstown without a trip here is a trip wasted. It's just the bestMore
