Visited the Coffee Club for brunch with my partners parents and ordered eggs benedict with bacon. The food was good but not for the price considering it's a restaurant chain and not a private establishment. When my partners toast came through we had to ask for butter, tomato sauce, salt and get our own water. Not even the basics of silver service in place when serving customers. I would recommend this as a one stop for breakfast or just coffee otherwise. Just a bit overpriced for what we got served and the service on offer.

Great to see new items on their expanding menu. Our meals were hot a delicious but did sit under the heat lamps for too long. Waitresses did not seem to worry about prompt service despite the Cafe not being busy. C'mon folks - look after you good customers and be prompt.

strange place to have the coffee club..
prices are normal for the coffee club, but more $$$ than other cafes.

Wanted 2 poached eggs on toast with no butter with a long black coffee.
Asked if I wanted white or wholemeal? Said wholemeal thinking it came with the eggs. I got offered eggs with ciabatta and butter plus wholemeal toast with butter.
After another attempt to deliver me buttered toast it finally resulted in non buttered ciabatta, a refund for the extra toast and inevitably cold eggs.
Disappointed
Salt grinder full of peppercorns!

We arrived in a relatively busy time on a weekend just before 12 noon.
Only AFTER the 4 of us ordered and paid for our meals, were we told that there would be a 40 minute wait for our food! If we hadve been told this before we ordered then we would not have bothered ordering from the menu and maybe just from the cabinet instead.
Turns out that we waited almost an hour for our food which was average.
Apparently there was only one chef. It might be a good idea to then make only cabinet food available and have the line chef top up food as required, under these staff shortage circumstances?
We appreciate that there is a shortage of hospitality staff now that we are out of covid restrictions but management need to figure things out until we can all get back to normal.

Incredibly disappointed with the Breakfast this morning....we didn't have a problem when advised there would be a 20 min wait for our food. I ordered the big fluffy pancake with bacon and banana, absolutely nothing fluffy with this pancake it was thick dough which was just awful. The bacon was also terrible, extremely dry..... not a $20 Breakfast.
I won't be going to another Coffee Club :(

Went there for breakfast today, wouldn’t go back. Barista was quite rude and interrupted the server. Got a mocha and there wasn’t any foam, wasn’t half strength (like I asked) and was spilt all over the cup holder. My partners food came out and he had completely eaten it before mine even came out (around 10 minutes later). Pancakes were horrible, bacon was way over cooked and I didn’t get the extra bacon that I paid $6 for. No one talked to us when they put our food down and was really disappointed overall.

Paid $30 for lunch, asked for some aioli and was told I would have to pay extra! It’s a tiny pot, would cost then maybe fifty cents. They asked $3! I did not want tomato sauce. Waitress refused to swap. I also had to clear my own table of dishes because half the tables were still dirty from the previous guests. The waitstaff were rude. Cafe wasn’t particularly busy at the time. No one came to ask if the meal was ok.

Wasted $10 on the kids meal chicken nuggets and chips. They must have been some frozen packaged crap heated in the microwave. They were terrible. The flat white coffee was good though.
Not a cozy café, but ample seating at about 20 tables with wooden chairs.
The gentleman taking our order was genial and polite but the other two servers we had contact with were less friendly.

We ducked in here after time at the isite trampoline centre and the Game Over indoor gocarting. Perfect option after so much activity. Let's just say the service was 5star and the food...... I seriously want their pancake recipe. We eat at Coffee Clubs regularly, but this has been our best experience yet.

Went to coffee club for lunch with my wife we ordered our coffee's and food and coffee was made asap, but we sat there for over 45mins waiting for our food ??? We questioned the staff about how long the food was going to be and told another 15mins Really !! Other people also asked about the delay in the food come on coffee club this is pretty bad ??? I understand it is a public holiday but you are charging extra for this today so get more staff to help out ?? This is the last time I will visit coffee club very disappointed customer who has always been loyal to you.
