Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Have stopped here often including in the last week. The venue sits beside the motorcycle museum and is an attractive addition to the city making the most of the renewed interest in classic motorcycles. After the initial wow factor from décor including actual vintage motorcycles,...the poorly presented menu residing on nothing more than an A4 sheet of paper should have served as a warning for what was to follow. The sausage rolls generous sizing did not compensate for the complete lack of flavour within. Devoid of any herbs and relying on the provided sauce to bring it to life, this menu item screamed I have given up. Unfortunately the fries didn’t improve matters and tasted as if were cooked in batter previously hosting something from the day before. The prices for these items did nothing to moderate the disappointment. Other oddities prevailed such as the inability to order from the attractive array of food on display in the cabinets once seated at a table. It’s all so disappointing as the place has so much potential especially given its proximity to the motorcycle museum. Perhaps providing a theme to the dishes to reflect this on a well crafted presentable menu, perhaps a BSA burger or a Triumph triple sundae, but overall providing much greater attention to the quality of the food would make this a memorable eatery for all the right reasons.More

Terrible food and hot drinks. Waited ages for an over-priced, and unpleasant tasting cheese roll. Asked for an extra hot Hot Chocolate with extra shot of chocolate, it was insipid, tepid, + not sweet. We were annoyed we’d wasted $25. Would not recommend.

Eight of us had lunch. The meals were massive in proportion, quick service, well presented, and correctly priced. Right next to the motorcycle museum. 👍

My husband and I popped in for lunch, unfortunately I’m still waiting for mine!! Our drinks arrived then my hubbys meal arrived but I never got mine. I sheared his lunch. Then when we left I said to the young waitress that I never received...my meal and to please take it off the cost, she did this no problem at all but never apologised for the fact that I didn’t get my meal. A bit disappointed and won’t rush back.More

Only dropped in for a coffee and a cheese scone, both very good. My wife had the muesli breakfast option. Large space with a motorbike theme, everything in Invercargill seems to reference Bert Munro! Recommended.

Sometimes when you go to a cafe and want to have a good old natter there are too many people seated too closely to be able to. This is not the case here. Brilliant spacious venue. Suitable for larger groups too. Great food and coffee....Pic is of half eaten hash on new menu. Was rather delicious in my opinion. Not an overly extensive menu but also have cabinet food on offer.More

Went in to have brunch and was told that the board menu was not available, got given paper menus then ordered but told my meal off the new menu was not available either, leaving me to decide on the spot. Staff weren’t overly friendly and...looked like they wanted to go home. Not the first time this has happened with menus and it probably won’t be the last.More

My partner and I came here a few times to use the internet and order coffee. If you have a large group of people to seat, this cafe would be ideal. Lots of space to sit and a nice modern feel with a large selection...of food and drink. The Cappuccino was delightful high-quality and my partner enjoyed her Chai Latte. Thanks :)More

the food is good but pricey, the noise is loud and hard to hear people. Not many choices for vegetarian options.
