Interesting and broad menu to choose from, our meals were simply divine. Attentive service and lovely setting to celebrate a 30th wedding anniversary , definitely one of Dunedins best restaurants

Stunning dining experience. Food and service were top notch. The martini not on the drinks list but made to order was perfect. Fine dining is often disappointing so it was such a nice surprise for a first trip to Dunedin to find this diamond.

A welcoming ambience with old-world touches: a downstairs log fire, scrub-top tables, comfortable bench-seats around the walls; large suspended lamps with coiled, orange-glowing emitters would have made Edison feel at home. BTW mustn't forget the welcoming, courteous and helpful service with food of an excellence...that's not guaranteed at even the most ostentatious establishments. My experience suggests disappointment is unlikley.More

I haven’t been to a restaurant where ambience, service, staff, views and food was 10/10. Every aspect 10/10. The food was delicious and the experience was wonderful. The team is super kind and accomodating. Loved every bite and the dessert selection is exquisite. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great experience, easy to book online, friendly and efficient staff, good menu, very tasty food cooked to perfection and fast service given the restaurant looked full. Highly recommended.

Beautiful meal, for a group of 10. Staff were fantastic, very attentive, relaxed and everyone who attended had a stunning meal (as usual) and a very good night out. No one rushed us at the end of the evening either.

Because it was a graduation day, we were only able to have a set menu. The choices were only described as a list of key elements of the food, so we were left to guess what the dish would actually be. Not very helpful. The...restaurant was very full and therefore noisy. The staff were not wearing masks. When I queried a wait person about this, they said all staff and patrons were double vaccinated so they did not need to wear masks. This made us feel unsettled. The food was good, promptly served.More
