Amazing Indian restaurant in the heart of the city, such great flavours! Naan platter is a must! Cheapest indian I've had in ages and doesn't skimp out on flavour or ingredients! Will definitely be going back!
Dined with friends on a Friday night. It was busy with a large group taking up most of the restaurant, however we were very well looked after. Food and drinks came out in a timely manner and the service was excellent.
There is a good...variety of food and everything we had was superb. The only downside was being seated next to the door which was constantly opening and closing creating a very cold draught on a very cold Christchurch evening. Will definitely be back though.More
Best indian food I have had in ages. Masala poppadum are to die, plus all our dishes were vegan and amazing. To top things off, I left my scarf at the restaurant and we had walked off for about a block before we realised the...lovely staff member had followed us to return my scarf. Will be back!More
We had lunch at Delhi Belly yesterday. Wow! Great service. The waitress took her time to explain the different types of dishes to us. Good setting, wonderful service. The food was EXCELLENT! There were 3 of us and we all shared our different dishes. Everything...was delicious and well presented. Definitely worth a visit.More
Group of 8 of us including 2 children, all found the curries too sweet. The biryani was quite ok, not the best, and the only item that everybody agreed was pretty good was the onion bhajis. They were pretty good.
Hoping they make the curries...less sweet so we can return. Nice environment.More
Friendly people, and the most delicious food. We were the only people there at lunchtime and it would obviously be more cosy if it was full of guests.
Absolutely a lovely place for lunch and dinner. Try the Prawns Malabar....... mmmmmmm
