This was a great find as we always enjoy Thai food and were keen to try the NZ fusions on offer. The menu has a large variety of options that rely heavily on beef brisket and pork belly, I'm not sure there are so many...vegetarian options although feel sure they could adapt some of their dishes if requested. The flavours and spices of the dishes were very fresh and vibrant, especially the soft fish taco and bao beef brisket we had to begin with. It was a real delight and bizarrely enough, our only complaint was that the portions were far too large, for us at least. The starters were pretty substantial and the main courses were very generous indeed. We only managed to finish half of them and while offered a take-out box, we had to refuse since we were staying in a hotel with no means of reheating food, so this seemed like an unfortunate waste. The staff were very friendly and helpful so we would certainly recommend it and would happily eat there again, perhaps ordering less than half next time around!More

Super tasty food and reasonably priced for the quality. We had slow cook brisket red curry and coconut chicken- both delicious!

Probably one of the best restaurants in Christchurch that I’ve been, and mind you I’ve been to a lot!! They ticked all the boxes for me, the food were obviously amazing, servings were generous, the service was flawless ( shout out to Kath and Courtney...), the ambiance is lovely. Definitely coming back for more ☺️More

We had an absolutely fabulous dinner for 23 people. The set menu was delicious and plenty of choices. They catered for Gluten Free also.

Hubby & I had a date night and enjoyed great food & service at Spice Paragon. The staff were very attentive and provided high levels of service. The food is soooo good. We will be back.

Girls' mid-week catch up at Spice Paragon was á delicious experience and highly recommended. The miang spinach leaf is divine and all of the mains - we tried all of the gluten free options - were delicious. Charles greeted us pleasantly and the other staff...were all friendly and helpful. We all highly recommend Spice Paragon as a very good value, delicious night out and all are going back with our husbands for another meal.More

We came for lunch on Thursday 29th June.The service is always great here, friendly and experienced attentive staff. The manager on duty was particularly friendly and welcoming. My friend and I shared the Melting Beef Cheek and the Chicken Pad See Ew which were both...absolutely delicious. I always order the Beef cheek here, it never fails to impress. I have been here at least a dozen times in the past few years probably more and mainly at lunch time. The booth seating is really comfortable and the open kitchen dining room has a charming decor. If the restaurant were open on the weekends for lunch I would definitely be here more often. This is my favorite place to eat as I know the food will be delicious and just love Asian Fusion food, with exceptional service. I first started coming to Spice Paragon when they were in the Bush Inn Center in Upper Riccarton, it's a shame they no longer have a restaurant there as it's closer to home.More

Our company dined here for an end of month lunch - the manager was very easy to deal with, and the food all came out really fast. The beef cheeks were incredible!
