Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

When I tell you this place is amazing, I mean it!!! I am vegan and often on the look out for new places to eat. I went into six ounces today and was surprised that the fridge next to the counter is all vegan food!!...Such a pleasant surprise to my day! I got the filo and it was amazing!!!! I also got a tulip oat flatty and it was so delicious. To anyone looking for a cozy local cafe this is the place! Very lovely staff as well I must say. Will definitely be back as soon as I can!More

This place has no menu for during the day to order food and they had only 2 slices and 2 savoury options to eat! And nothing suitable for specific dietary needs either (eg gluten free) - they are really only good for coffee/drinks during the...day. You also cant book a table during the day so is not good if want to meet some friends/business associates and get there and they are full. On the plus side the decor is very pleasant and they allow dogs. Sadly...Definitely the most generally unaccommodating coffee place I have ever been to and I wont be back!More

Great neighbourhood wine bar serving platters, cakes & coffees. Visited on a Thursday evening for a few glasses of wine and a platter of cheese, meats and bits. Finished our evening with a decaf coffee and a delicious salted caramel chocolate cake. Highly recommend!!!

We have been coming to Christchurch since 2010 and found this shop. The service was friendly and the quality of the coffee and food where fantastic. But this part was that it's dog friendly and we got to meet to excellent dogs the times we...went there. It also being open from 7.30 am to 10.00 pm certainly doesn't hurtMore

I popped in earlier this week looking for a bit of a nibble and a drink, and my goodness did I find the right place to go! The drink selection amazed me with so many different wines and beers I’d never seen before. Then the...cheese platter is a must! I tried the "trust us" board with a $40 budget and the selection was so tasty. Lovely cheeses and meats paired lovely with the homemade crostinis! The staff were absolutely wonderful. A definite must do in Christchurch!More
