Really excellent dinner and beer in Christchurch. Alex, the duty manager, gave amazing beer recommendations and the food was excellent with very generous portions. If you like craft beer then definitely go - we loved it.

Beef fillet and fondant potato for lunch - I was left hungry. Service was good, prompt, cheerful. The beef was cooked perfectly, but the cut was still a little tough. Fondant was nice, small, singular. Gravy was good. Seasoning and flavours were both ok. Everything...More

Visited this bar in early 2018, service was appalling quite frankly. We were ignored most of the night and have never experienced service this bad on the Terrace. Will not be returning.

Sunny day, by the river and 35 taps to choose from. Very welcoming and helpful staff. It's easily missed though as its on the first floor, above the amazonita. Enjoy
