Wow. This is a throw back. Four people for breakfast. How hard was that? The meals came out at ten minute intervals, cold. Very disappointing. In fact two of the four meals were wrong. The counter staff were very friendly. The little serving lady with...glasses was just rude. Drops meals on tables and bolts. Despite being cold the meals were ok. Tea was ok and so was the coffee and omelette. No we would not come back.More
A busy little cafe. We had to wait until a couple left before we could be seated. The table was not wiped unfortunately. There was a good choice of cabinet food and from the menu. Unfortunately my toast under my stack of food had a...burnt taste. We loved that there was a choice of free sparking water to help yourself to.More
Nice filling food, coffee could be improved. well presented food and decor. Seems popular, busy but can hear each other as no loud music was playing.
Coffee is always good. The service is always fast and friendly. Considering how busy they get there is never a big wait time considering. I love this place.

Arrived here after looking for a place to have brunch. Cafe was full which is always a good sign. I had the toast with whipped ricotta
Went for lunch with a friend. Tables were left with dirty dishes for long time. We had to move ours as it was obvious no one was going to clear them away. Tables mostly looked like they needed a good wipe down. Salads in counter...looked a few days old. Toilets needed good clean. Windows were filthy. Definitely not on our ‘ go back’ list.More

When we visit Christchurch, this is our 'must go to' Cafe. Excellent delicious food options if you have a food intolerance. I do, my husband doesn't, and he finds his food choices satisfies both his savoury and sweet tastes. Their lemongrass and ginger tea is...sublime while their coffee, and I am told, is excellent.More
When you go to a cafe or restaurant and the server doesn't smile at all, it is quite striking and unwelcoming. The girl who served us was one of those. I watched her serve other customers but nope, never smiled and she looked like she...didn't wanna be there. The coffee was good but the unfriendliness really doesn't help.More
