We were planning to go for High Tea somewhere in Christchurch. We ended up coming here, and though it was not High Tea, it was quite good. I found a coupon online and booked here minutes later. We were served the bubble tea hot pot,...which consists of a pot of tea with a lot of toppings. There was plenty of tea and the four of us even had a cup leftover. That was followed by a mango cheesecake, which was quite good. Not a full meal but enough to get us from breakfast to dinner.More
Such an enjoyable experience heading out to J Bings for date night. Staff very friendly helping us pick vegetarian meals and gave 10/10 recommendations which we tried and loved. Food was delicious and came out very fast. Would definitely recommend for tasty, authentic Asian dining...experience in the heart of the city.More
Tastiest takoyaki I've ever eaten, texture was absolutely perfect and lightning fast service. Staff are incredibly friendly and even asked if we'd eaten there before so they could explain the menu to us. We dropped in for a late lunch. Really enjoyed the pork bing and dan dan noodles (which were quite spicy). The mango milk tea was a nice treat as dessert. At 2 pm the restaurant was pretty empty and quiet.
Delicious street food. Authentic fresh and yummy. Yes, it can be stodgy but that’s the style for a bing.

I have been hanging out for a bing (their specialty dish) for ages, it was amazing! The batter/wrap is lite and not doughy like a normal wrap so doesn’t make you feel stodgy and gross. I also got the loaded fries and mango slushie and...would def recommend. Overall delicious !More

Absolutely scrumptious - highly recommend! Neither of us had ever had a bing before, and we had no idea what we were missing! One of the more memorable meals we had in NZ.
I've not had a Bing before and was pleasantly surprised. I went with the pulled pork one, which had a great flavour. Crepe was unusual, I think it had potato flour in it, seeds add to the flavour. Great price, good size for a lunch
Went to J-Bings and had the Chicken Bing. Delicious!!!!! Great service too!!!! Highly recommended!! 👍
We were on holiday this week and ate all sorts of take away food, but this was by far my favourite! Tasty, great service, and good value with a very big serve. I don't finish big servings usually but I finished this with pleasure! And...didn't feel horribly full afterwards either. Delicious!More
The food at ReStar mall call "bing" the meat flavors have remarkable depth. A host of other goodies. the "bing" topped with a scrambled egg and fresh black sesame seeds. Filling it with carrot, lettuce, red cabbage, crisps wonton, taste fantastic and the reputation is...well deserved. Bingo bing including chicken, pork, cheese and bacon, offering something for the whole family. and all the staff members there greeted my companions and me with smiles as warm as the food they serve there. I would thoroughly recommend J-bings to anyone with a health choice . I know I'll certainly be returning soon.More
Went on a sunny summer Saturday so it was busy. I got the original it was pretty, tasty though over 3/4 lettuce, could use more sauce as well was a bit dry. I'll try it again and watch the sauce levels
