    Authentic

    Just shifted to rotorua, being an indian i am very choosy with indian curries as every corners has indian takeways. But must say Maharaja has the real indian taste and the friendly Chef. Especially chicken saag <3 Cheap in price good in quantity and quality.

    Fantastic food and service

    Super tasty.. we couldn't fault it. We also loved the option to swap out 'standard rice' with a Naan bread. If we were local we would be regulars. Perfectly priced, excellent portion sizes.

    Delicious combo

    Ordered the $72 combo for a family birthday dinner at home. Combo contained a good variety of foods catering for the vegetarians and the non-vegetarians. All of the food was delicious. Some of the guests had never heard of Maharaja takeaway before and were impressed.

    Good Indian vegetarian food

    We had food in this restaurant couple of times and enjoyed the food. Ambience in the restaurant as well as the price was good too.

    Worth the trip

    Had a lot of Indian takeaways before but I have to say well worth a visit to the Koutu shops as food and service is just first class, we will certainly be back. Keep up the good work.

    Delicious food

    The food there was absolute divine, reminded me of India. Tried the chicken saagwala medium spice and it was perfect. Loved the environment and the amazing service with great smiles
