Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A treasure, tucked away in amongst industrial buildings - also surprisingly BIG, loved the North Island Dining table!

Absolutely amazing food! The cronuts are so good we went back for seconds! I had the lammie sandwich which was delicious I devoured it probably far too quickly. The banoffee coffee was also unbelievably quaffable and I would highly recommend. The staff were friendly, and...patient (we were a bit overwhelmed with so many good choices!). The service was speedy too. There is lots of seating inside, ample parking on the streets outside and you can even take any of the options away for a further treat later in the day.More

Could not recommend this cafe enough! We were lucky to find it on day one in Rotorua and we returned for all 3 days we were there. The toasted sandwiches were great for breakfast/brunch. The desserts were excellent. Can highly recommend the cronuts. Also loved...the pretzels. The place is surprisingly large inside with plenty of seats and cosy booths. They have games and books to browse if you wanted to stay longer. Free wifi. Parking out the back. Would go again and again and again!More

Great cafe! Coffee is very good, pastries lovely and staff are so friendly. The decor is very quirky with great little booths dotted around. We loved it. You have to know where it is though, you’re unlikely to happen across it..

Never knew this place was there, but awesome coffee with a superb selection of tasty snacks in the glass cabinet, served by a very friendly and good customer interfacing team. Well done guys, we’ll be back!

What a fantastic cafe, interesting decor and friendly staff, not to forget the excellent food and coffee. Their Ciabatta loaf was so delicious, even the day after. Don’t miss this place in Rotorua !!

A great little find - very quirky and eccentric layout and decor inside; the place was humming with school holiday families, workers from local businesses etc. The menu is simple and very tasty, the cabinet food was delicious too. The bread was really, really delicious....It's a little off the beaten track, but worth tracking down - we'll be back again.More

Amazing lunch sandwich. Fresh ingredients. Fast service. Super cool interior. Don't be fooled by the industrial area in which it's located - was busy with people and great.

Fantastic food, loveliest staff, fab and unique decor. Doesn't get any better than this place. Only problem, being a low carb eater I had the hugest food envy of my family's food which I don't normally have!!!
