What a hype! Reading reviews prior to destination rotorua I knew this was a spot we had to stop at. My husband being a master braai man in South African terms and smoking his own meat we thought we had to try what the smokehouse...factory had to offer. Well… were we disappointed. The meat was barely smoked and I used the term ‘barely’ because it really didn’t taste smoked. It was pretty average we ordered a mixed platter and some pulled pork on the side. The service was ok, but on a serious note you guys have got to pump up that smokiness of your meals if you want to be called the smokehouse factory. Also, the manager is just way too serious. Chill out guys we wanna experience the awesomeness the website acclaims you offer. One last thing, I asked for hot sauce and was told there is a chipotle sauce we have to buy to taste, how can we buy something we haven’t tasted in your restaurant?? It takes more than a lockdown to stop these guys. We ordered 2 burgers, chips and pork belly bites and it was amazingly! Everything is cooked perfectly and it made for an awesome dinner. I would of taken a photo but the food was so...good it didn't last that long. Thanks guys 10/10More

When the first question you get when coming in here is - what allergies do you have - you know you're in a great place. They really take their food allergies seriously and the food itself was so lovely. The manager even took the extra...time to double check that the buns and the batter on my fish burger were soy free to make sure. According to their website the majority of the food is made on site and it is very tasty. Haven't had such a good burger in ages. RecommendMore

Food was so yum! Meat on the ribs just fell right off and pork belly bites we didn’t even expect in our order but was so good! Couldn’t recommend more! Cheeseburger was so good. Everything was fresh and fast af. May be discouraged by outside...exterior but totally regret not coming here sooner 🙂More
