We visited in a group of 10 and ordered a variety of dishes. Every dish was honestly fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were attentive and friendly and made sure we were well looked after. Will definitely return whenever we visit Napier.

Absolutely fantastic. Had the prawn balti chefs special with mixed pickle and some onion culcha. Absolutely fantastic. Kids liked their chicken nuggets (fussy so won’t eat anything else). Big portions, everything cooked freshly and bursting with flavour. One of the best Indian meals I have...had in New Zealand. Will definitely be back.More

OMG the best kept secret. A must visit for a wonderful Indian dinner experience. I’m not always a fan of Indian food but this is the best Indian dinner I have ever had. The staff are courteous and attentive, the decor is authentic Indian, the...food is divine. Good wine selection too. The chocolate naan bread for dessert is a must. We received dessert as a gift from the restaurant just made our dinner that much sweeter. Highly recommendMore

My partner and I went to Master of India to get takeaways in Napier and we had an amazing experience with them. We initially ordered butter chicken and a chicken naan and was told it will be ready between 10 to 15 minutes. Whilst waiting...for the Indian food, we ordered some other food from another restaurant that my partner ordered just across the road but were told it would take half an hour. We then decided to go and pick up the Indian food and as I did they gave me a free can of coke and some poppadum's with my order. This was such a surprise and I was so thankful to them for their amazing service and generosity of giving us some free food and drink. We then still had to wait for our other food to be ready so we went around the side deck of the restaurant and started eating our dinner. It was only a few minutes after we sat down and about to eat that the Indian waiter came out to offer us water with cutlery and serviettes. We truly appreciated their generosity and hospitality and to top it off, their quality of food was really amazing and enjoyable to eat. This has got to be the best food and experience I have had at an Indian restaurant. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant the next time we are in Napier!More

A very well appointed Indian restaurants, one of the nicest I have been in. Excellent service and choice of dishes. We had been out for lunch at a vineyard so could not do the menu full justice but what we had was beautifully cooked and...tasty. I can certainly recommend this restaurant.More
