The wait was absolutely ridiculous. They need to hire more staff or speed up there processes. The price is was excessive in comparison to the quality. I hate leaving bad reviews but I won’t be returning here.

Thought the prices was high, but thought maybe they will be good quality burgers, Sadly I was mistaken, Ordered the “sweet as Kiwi” burger, absolutely no flavour at all was missing something, very bland. Unfortunately we wont be going back.

Will not visit again; felt the burgers were overpriced, over cooked, thrown together with no love. Zero wow factor that this place was known for once upon a time. Was a major hassle to use the mobile pre order service and still be kept waiting...20 minutes after specified pick up time.More

Cold burgers. Undercooked so probably a health hazard. Guy using food processer all the time very loud. Overpriced. Do yourself a favour stay away.

Great service with great food with the option to have a wrap instead of a burger bun, good atmosphere with friendly staff, ideal for friend meet ups or a take away meal.

I had high expectations for Goneburger, and they didn't get met. It was okay. Nothing really wrong, but nothing really great either.

These burgers are just a mess piled in a box with nothing at all appealing about them - not my thing at all. The younger folk seem to find them appealing.

If you've heard good things about Goneburger it's probably from people reminiscing about the food truck days. The burgers made by the original Goneburger were something to write home about - dripping with love and flavour. When it changed hands and became a permanent location...a little of the love was lost and the service wasn't 100% but it was still nice enough and the ethos of local ingredients and "no nasties" was a selling point. I'm not sure what has happened recently - changed hands again maybe - but my last 2 visits have been terrible and I won't be back. In summary: ordered 2 burgers and fries. Burgers small (compared to traditional Goneburger), tasteless (possibly flung together by someone having a really bad day and hates burgers) and soggy. The chips were very dark brown / black - over cooked or ancient oil? No idea, I didn't bother asking but they were kind enough to refund the chips when I complained. The "aioli" was white and thin sauce consistency - it did not taste of anything. It certainly wasn't aioli and definitely not what I had come to expect from this place. Goneburger was once amazing but no longer. Spend your money elsewhere.More

Heard about this place a lot and wanted to try for a long time. This time was the first time and we will be back for more. Had quite a few burgers big daddy, fish, vege and chicken. Just a down point the burger bun...could be a bit nicer as we find it a little dry and old. Anyways thanks for the burgers.More

Large burger menu, a couple vegetarian options. The veggie burger smash wasn’t something I’d order again because I didn’t like the smooshy texture in a bun but it was flavourful. Fantastic fries with flaked salt on top! Choice of 3 sauces, homemade aioli, tomato sauce...or bbq. Very busy with takeout orders on a Wed night, but lots of seats inside. Super friendly young woman working. Quite busy for a staff of two! Would give 3.5 stars overall.More

We were in Hamilton on business and lunch slipped us by. Late afternoon we found time to try a burger from Gone burger. Great choice. The staff were helpful and eager to make this a fun time. There was a gourmet burger for every taste....We would return next time we happen to be in town.More
