Very average today. Pork belly was dry and the corn stack lacking taste. Admittedly this was cabinet food and hence reheated but still could have been better. Staff were nice though.

Unfortunately this is now run by new people who don't do it Justice, portions were smaller, no caramel on my waffle and know one asked how my meal was. such a shame. i ordered a chicken waffle and a soda and it was 28$! won't be back. i originally went in for a salad but they all looked so un-inviting, the cabinet food is way over priced. A little fritata was $14

Every time I’m in hamilton I go here to meet family and friends. Easy parking out the back which is helpful. The coffee is always good here. Food is always consistent. I like that they put the effort into nice presentation even on the simplest things like poached eggs on toast.

Extremely tasty food. Reasonable prices. Amazing diet friendly options. Something for everyone!
Couldn’t fault this cafe, nice staff, nice service, great food with a wide menu range, all including all types of dietary needs. Really has something for everybody here. Just amazing. After trying some other cafes in Hamilton and almost paying $35 for a big breakfast in another cafe I left those cafes extremely disappointed, so happy I found cafe Inc as its truly amazing! Will be back! Coffee size was also large and generous too and beautifully made.

Ordered chicken and mayo wrap, beef bagel and curly fries. Only thing edible was the curly fries but even they came with a very watery dip - looked like dishwater. I took it back and was told it was meant to be like that - umm no, aoli dip is not meant to be like that lol. Both of our dishes came with the same mango salsa and a tomato relish which were disgusting and did not go with the food at all - looked like they were leftovers from another dish. Overall a very disappointing experience and we will not be going back. This cafe used to be quite good but am wondering if it has new management.

Gosh whats happened to this place? Used to be a great Cafe in Rototuna but went here last week and was so unimpressed. The poor waitress was very stressed out and clearly the owners dont care about consistency or quality of food or drink. And it needs a clean .. big time. My long black tasted like pondwater, the scone was over microwaved. We live locally but are sad to say we will not be back.

What a shame! It’s some time since I visited Cafe inc and what a disappointment. Food has really gone downhill. Ordered something from the menu and was told would be a minimum 30 min wait and so ordered a frittata from the cabinet which took 30 min anyway. Really overpriced also. Won’t be returning.

Went to dinner at Cafe Inc Friday night, with partner and another couple. Me and my partner ordered the loaded wedges and he ordered the big bird burger, the couple we were with all they ordered was a tea for 2 and a bowl of fries, we waited for nearly over an hour and we were only waiting on 3 food items. The service we received was poor and we never got spoken to about why our meal took so long.

When we travel through Hamilton (not often) I always swing into Cafe Inc, because being a celiac I can safely eat there. Their food is yummy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My favourite is the Pork Belly Stack - Yummy! Good thing I don't live in Hamilton or I might need a gym membership. Salads are yummy and sweet treats are delicious. Very clean and tidy. Very safe with covid measures - mask wearing, QR code displayed and vaccination certificate checked and scanned. Look forward to my next visit.

Called the team at Cafe Inc and asked them to put my favourite dish on hold while I took the two hour trip to get to them. They were very obliging. I love visiting this cafe every time we visit Hamilton. Feel very safe eating here being a celiac. Lots of yummy treats to choose from.

The coffee was superb. Rich flavours and no trace of bitterness. Plus they sell small bags of doggie treats which kept our little canine happy and quiet. I wish other cafes would follow their lead.

Ordered coffee and cold drinks ( milk shake, chocolate milk and smoothly) today with a bowl of fries. The coffee arrived about 10 minutes after we ordered. The fries arrived 15 minutes after that. The cold drinks had not arrived and we had finished our coffee and the bowl of fries. We asked the waiter twice if our drinks were nearly ready and he gave no feedback to our enquiry. I went to the container to ask about the cold drinks and after another ten minute wait the drinks finally arrived. In total the wait for our cold drink was about 40 minutes. We will be very reluctant to go back...terrible service.

We travelled up from New Plymouth to meet a friend from Auckland and this was a convenient place to meet. It had a lovely ambience - no loud music to talk over. We could book a table and it was waiting for us when we arrived.
We had great service and the drinks and food was served promptly. The food was good and my daughter was surprised at the OTT strawberry milkshake she received. It was not overcrowded and warm when it was wet outside. When paying, we got a 10% discount for our next visit. We will recommend this cafe to others.

This use to be a go to for us. Unfortunately the last two times we’ve been, we’ve been let down big time. Coffee cold, food bland, over cooked or served barely luke warm. Mushrooms warmed in microwave - piping hot in one part of the meal, cold in the other. One positive is that the children’s egg, bacon and hash brown meal is good value and a generous portion. However, we certainly won’t be heading back anytime soon. Such a shame.

Gone to the pits, used to have the most amazing cabinet salads, got a cabinet salad the potato salad was dry inside the potato's and oily as anything on the outside and accompanied by soggy tofu... you are better off going to a drive through. food would probably be better quality.
