Last week my friend and I tried to find a cafe in Hamilton, one on the main street was too busy but we chanced upon this cafe nearby. We were so glad as it was wonderful with great service and food. I waited for one cup of coffee first time i called into L&K Kahikatia drve On my way to work. As i orderd a flat white medium. A lady after me came in and orderd 3 cups of coffee she got her cups first I...questioned the server? The server said awh she only orderd 1 long black. She didnt realise i saw her walk out I saw the customer walk out with 3 coffees on a coffee tray. Not only did i wait but i got lied toMore

Came here as a group. They ran out of bread for burgers even though we pre-ordered. The ciabatta bread they used as replacements was toasted to such a crisp I couldn't eat it. The food was very average quality and the food took so long....To top that off they forgot one of our pre orders. I like to give some places another try but the service didn't make up for it as well. So this is a no go for me from now on. Poor service. :-(More

Arrived at 2.30 when they had stopped serving lunch - asked for a suggestion as to an alternate place as we were from out of town only to be told 'dont know' and they really didn't care to help at all. Rude and unfriendly
