Dinner at Bull and Bear was just the right amount of different to make it very worth while! Menu; great. Asian Fusion with the Classics there if...you want them, or for the difficult one in the group! Price wise, it was very fair! The cocktail list backed up the menu - variations on classics, with a few you won't see outside of Wonderhorse. There are different cuisines on offer and we didn't manage to try everything we wanted to as the portions were very generous and we are not complaining! Everything we tried was amazing and we'll be back to try more. Has a kids menu too which...is good to know for next time. First time visit and very impressed. Excellent options with American, Italian and Asian inspired dishes. Had the fried chicken and breads to start, very tasty. Mains were equally tasty and beautifully presented. Yummy pudding too. All served by a friendly and efficient host. Highly recommend,...a birthday dinner to remember.More

A bell alerts customers to a “stock exchange” screen and changing prices, and an option to buy. Screen was behind us and difficult to read, but it did give us some entertainment. The menu provided plenty of options for meals, with large and small plates...available and Asian, Indian and Italian cuisines to choose from. I found my small plate at $22 extremely good value, and I have had smaller portions as mains at many places. The lamb rump was beautifully cooked and presented. This restaurant is nicely furnished with comfortable seating and distinctive decor. Service was a little distracted but adequate, and a very minor complaint was handled quickly and well.More

Delicious food and outstanding service. We visited with a group of friends, there were 12 of us. We were greeted with a friendly waiter at the door who took us to our table and explained what the restaurant was all about. It was exciting to...see the menu prices change on the screens every 5-10 minutes. The prawn dumplings & wok fried greens were outstanding and the chocolate and salted caramel dessert was one of the best I’ve ever had. Great selection of cocktails (French 75 is delicious). Can’t wait to visit again. How lucky we are to have this restaurant in Hamilton.More
