Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Seriously good crepes at an epic price. Highly recommend! Great service and friendly staff. One of the best crepes outside of France.

Stopped by Crepe a go go for a mid afternoon snack and weren’t disappointed. The staff were polite and very efficient. We just had a simple sweet crepe which was perfectly cooked and presented. Will be back when next in the area.

The crepes are delicious and it's great fun to watch them being made. I prefer the savoury options (hard to beat the classic French option of ham and cheese) but the kids love the sweet ones too and always have trouble deciding between sweet and...savoury. The service can vary a bit depending on how busy they are but the quality is always good.More

The crepes them self were super yum! but since It's a small area and small shop/cafe. There needs to be more seating for everyone, Even though it is called "crepes to go" there should be more seating for people who intend to stay and don't...have the time to have it on the go and would prefer to sit and eat it. Apart from that we enjoy the crepes! :)More

Definitely a good place to stop for a crepe - good variety of fillings & nothing beats a warm, sweet crepe bursting with chocolate, pear & almonds in this case, for dessert!

Awesome crepes! I'm from brittany in France, where crepes are originally from, so crepes are in my blood! After 2 and a half years away from home it was such a pleasure to find authentic good crepes just like my grandma used to make! Both...sweet and savory are great, nice atmosphere and staff. Prices are reasonnable, in fact not much more expensive than in brittany. I liked that they cook their crepes in front of us. The location is really good, loads of great products around in Ponsonby Central if you like good food. Kenavo! Go closed eyes for the Exotica in sweet, and Big is good in savory!More

Real savory and creative French crepes on the other side of the world, how nice! Batter is fresh and delicious, filling very original from very simple $5 (lemon and butter) to very sophisticated $18 ( carnivore). All ingredients are organic and crepes are made on...the spot! Prices of the most complete recipes are really worthwhile because of the quality. Being French and able to compare with the market price, I'm amazed so find such a quality within very reasonable pricing so far away from France. A must for a tasty snack in Auckland.More

Nice french crepes experience. Pros: Tasty crepes, some organic and/or free range ingredients, relatively short waiting time, generally friendly staff, great location, good variety of crepes. Cons: Even taking into account organic / free range ingredients most crepes are on pricy side, especially considering that...the portions are not that large. The Loyalty stamp system is a bit of a joke with only sweet crepes available for free to choose from (especially if you don't eat sweet once). Not sure why they discriminate against savory' customers (who also pay more than 'sweet' crepes buyers in first place)... All in all, nice place to go to for the experience from time to time.More

This quality crêperie is everything you want, but with high quality ingredients. The prices aren't the cheapest you can find in terms of general crêpes, however for the quality of ingredients, it would be difficult to find cheaper ones. Free range and organic food is...worth the extra dollars in my opinion: extra taste, extra filling, and leaves you with a clear conscience. In addition, the French staff was very friendly, and the general atmosphere of the area is very reminiscent of France. I'll definitely be coming back! (Just one suggestion: since most ingredients are as organic as possible, I would suggest finding an alternative to Nutella that doesn't involve palm oil :) )More
