About
A little birdie told us food should be three things:mostly raw, definitely organic and full of goodness. So here at little bird we do just that and with all that combined, the result is pure deliciousness. Why raw? Raw foods are in their purest state- no heating above 46'C. This ensures the food retains all its enzymes and nutrients and its life force, which means every bite contain more goodness for your body. Organic foods are grown without harmful chemicals. No chemicals in the food means no chemicals in your food or environment. Goodness, because food should be good for you, packed with all the nutrition you need to feel fabulous. Goodness tastes good too. We are completely gluten and dairy

I stumbled upon Little Bird Organics while exploring the Ponsonby neighborhood in Auckland and was amazed by its health-food offerings (organic, gluten-free, vegan, etc.). A little on the expensive side but well-worth it for delicious smoothies, drinks, and entrees. There's also a bakery for takeaway...More

When we were in Auckland my sister and I went by Little Bird Organics 4-5 times between the two locations. We were closer to the location in the CBD, so we visited there the most. We had the Raspberry Ginger Torte, Passionfruit Cheesecake, the Apple...More

A good and pleasant place, centrally located and yet not on the main road. To spend some time absolutely recommendable. At two o'clock in the afternoon 10 minutes waiting time. The food was okay but certainly a little overpriced. The small portion of "Granola" and...More

But the cacao smoothie was decidedly mediocre this time. It needed something to give it a bit more flavour like a nut butter etc. The chocolate milkshake we tried at the same time was great though (as always)!

Megan Mey‘s „Unbakery“ was the first raw food „cookbook“ I bought and I still use it a lot. So, it had been a wish of mine to go to one of her real places for some time. And now I did! Food and service are...More

If you are looking for a real cafe, with real food that is well thought out, organic, healthy and tasty - this is the spot. No dairy, but every other substitute.

The food is very good and you do feel a little virtuous eating there because it is all so natural and healthy. I did find that some things don't quite work though.

We stopped off here one afternoon when needing a treat and being on the paleo diet. They had a gorgeous dessert made with raspberries so it dampened my sweet tooth. Very busy little cafe and expensive but all things vegan bite you in the pocket.

Food is excellent. Drink menu is extensive- smoothies, juices, teas, coffees, kombucha. Owner is lovely. Staff is clearly passionate about heathy food. Weekly new vegetarian meals created by local chefs are delicious. Thank you!

I’m not a vegan nor vegetarian but this place could convert me!!! I’d been meaning to come here a while back and I’m not disappointed that I came! The berries and fairies smoothie was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the plant based omlette. The service...More
