Always such a fun time no matter what time of the day - definitely rate the muesli with panacotta if you’re in for brunch; or flounder at dinner. P.S also always mint grabbing after work drinks here

Modern European Bistro, a delicious seasonal produce driven menu with a focus on provenance. Robyn and Nick Jones of Mudbrick Vineyard and Restaurant and The Archive Bar and Bistro on Waiheke Island have taken over ownership of Augustus from October 2018. Robyn and Nick loved the Augustus building and saw it a shame for the restaurant to go forever when the previous business went into liquidation in September. Our vision for Augustus by Mudbrick is to honor the rich history of the heritage building , whilst treating our guests to an ambiance bursting with personality fresh fauna and flora, both inside and in our outdoor courtyard spilling out onto St Mary's Rd. Our head chef Logan Coath has taken great pleasure in curating our fantastic menu.
